INTRODUCTION ABOUT COMPANY:Patiala cotspin limited is a very popular and wellestablished company which comes into existence in 30th of April 1997. It is a registered company under the companies Act, 1956 and the company is limited. The patiala cotspin get its certificate of Commencement of business on 2nd of M ay,1997 The Patiala Cotspin Limited is a public limited company which which convert cotton into yarn. The yarn which is made by company sent into different parts of India like ludhaina jalandher,Karnatka, etc. The business of the company is widely spread all over of India. Authorised Share capital of company:The authorized share capital of the company with which it is establish is Rs.1,00,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each only.

It is now increased with the passage of time. DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY:According to the provisions of companies act, 1956 the directors of the public company shall not be less than three and not more than twelve. The first directors of the company are:1. MR. SURJIT SINGH KOHALI 2. MR. TARLOK CHAND GARG 3. MR. FAQIR SINGH 4. MR. SIKANDER SINGH 5. MR.YASH PAL GOEL All the decisions in a company is taken by these shareholders.

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING SPINNING WEAVING KNITTING STICHING DYEING TECHNIQUE TO BE USED IN MANUFACTURING:The first of all the company buy cotton from their suppliers in large quantities. This cotton serves as the raw material of the company. It is used in the following ways:First of all the cotton which is serves as raw material of the company is used to make it soft. The softness of cotton can be create by putting it into a machine which is known as boralo machine.

By putting the cotton in this machine the pressing of the cotton is made so that it can be purified. The machine which is used in creating the softness of the cotton is imported from foreign. It cost in crores to the company. But company incurred this cost because the profit earn by company from is more than the cost. After creating the softness of the cotton the willey are made from it. First of all big willey are made and then from these big willey it can be put into small one. From these willey the knitting of the cotton can be made by putting it into another machine from which it is converted it into yarn. The yarn created by company cotton, synthetic, woolen, silk, jute, rayon, artifical silk, nylon, polyster any other synthetic, fibre. The dyeing of the yarn can be made by using different colors. The dyeing is also one of the

important function of the manufacturing of the company. The yarn manufactured by company sent into not only different parts of India but also exported out of India.
