- has acqui r ed anot her r esi dence el sew her e.
c. " Lawf ul subl essee or assi gnee" shal l mean an adul t w ho occupi es t he Pr emi ses w i t h t he expr ess agr eement or consent
of Ow ner .
d. " Agr eement w i t h t he Ow ner " shal l mean an expr ess agr eement wi t h Owner .
e. " Unappr oved Subt enant " or " Unau t hor i zed Subt enant " shal l mean any i ndi vi dual w ho occupi es t h e pr emi ses i n
t o Occupancy of
