For International Flights Baggage drop off and checkin counter closes 60Mins before departure. For Domestic Flights Baggage drop off and checkin counter closes 40Mins before departure.

2. At the airport, proceed directly to a dedicated baggage drop-off counter. Present your Check-in confirmation slip to our customer service agent to process your baggage acceptance, verification/document checks and issuance of boarding pass. 3. Proceed to the Boarding gate through Immigration/Customs/Security counter (as applicable) and present your boarding pass to our customer service agent. Please note that Baggage drop off counter closes 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes before departure for international flights. Checked-in baggage will not be accepted after the closure of counter. Please ensure to reach airport well in time. Boarding gate closes 30 mins before the departure of domestic and international flights. Please ensure to report well in time to avoid missing the flight. Please note that your free baggage allowance is limited. Kindly refer to your reservation/ticket details for weight and number of pieces limits applicable to your ticket. For International Flights the boarding gate will close 30Mins before departure.
