Buyer issues the payment Irrevocable, non transferable 100% L/C payable 100% at unloading port. 4) The seller loads the cargo and submits all originals to the buyer at loading port and the inspection report of the goods of quality confirming to the contracted specifications. 5) After the cargo arrives at unloading port, the buyer must issue 100% T/T.

QUALITY OF GOODS:
The unit of measurement in this contract is metric tons of weight (MTW). Months are calendar months according to the Gregorian calendar. The Electrolytic Copper Cathodes shall conform to:

Quantity of each shipment is in MTW (+/- 5%).. Weight for invoicing purposes shall be established by the actual net weight. Weight franchise of 0.5% shall be allowed against Bill of Lading weight. In case short over weight exceeds +/- 5% the Seller shall compensate Buyer for the amount excluding the franchise on the basis of contracted price.

Delivery Terms & Parties' Obligations:

The Seller shall deliver the total quantity of goods within 25-30 days. The Seller shall submit the documents in Originals, which will include 3 originals 3 copies of Bill of Lading, Invoice, and Packing list, Meanwhile buyer and seller shall negotiate how to ship after contract signing.
