PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Project #1: eSDR-Supplier Deviation Request, GE GE is engaged in numerous product designs and manufacturing functions. Due to the vastness of the manufacturing business and need for technical expertise, some of the manufacturing activities are outsourced to external agents. Sometimes due to technical or some other faults, the design specifications are not met and the end product has some defect in them which is referred as deviation. The eSDR application presents an interface to both the suppliers and GE personnel to manage and process such deviations conveniently. eSDR is an extranet application that enables suppliers to decide upon those manufactured parts which are deviated from the actual engineering drawing. The SDR will be routed to GE quality personnel and engineers who will then decide whether those parts will be preceded for shipment or any rework is required on those or it will be declared as scrap.eSDR is a tier 2 application Contribution  Preparing the scripts and reports.  Made Bugs fix when users face issues.

eSMS (Supplier Management System) is a SSO enabled web based application to digitize Supplier Management System for managing Qualifications, Supplier Surveillance (SS), SQE Certification, maintaining user profiles, SQE Replacement, Adding new suppliers and Supplier Approval (SA) processes for all the Power Systems businesses and SQ Library. eSMS has mainly been developed for global sourcing users accessibility, faster access, and easier and integrated data management.eSMS is a tier 3 application

Contribution  Understanding the Business Domain Architecture and Design of the client applications. LOT Dashboard is a Chart-based dashboard.It consists of EAC vs Current Budget,Project Reviews For This Week,Major Milestones,Project Shipping Per Quarter,Units Shipping Per Quarter. LOT is One stop shopping for global thermal project tracking.It indicates possible cost/budget overruns.It Reduces duplicate processes across regions.It improves ability to effectively manage multiple jobs while reducing time spent per job.Lot proactively identify and manage projects with unique delivery requiremets while maintaining awareness inorder to reduce possible cost/budget overages.. Applications required a complete, well structured but simple authentication process to guarantee the safety of their environments and information that is being handled by them. This tool provide a process that fulfills these needs by using a simple portal.It Provides an authentication and a users management tool for GE applications. Project #5: AEROTRIPCOACH,GE

The Trip Coach is a comprehensive web-based trip-troubleshooting tool. Primarily used by Field and CPM/CSM personnel, it is a consolidated knowledge base designed to capture trip failure information to facilitate easy problem diagnosis and resolution. It's purpose is to take the guesswork out of finding the root cause of a trip, thus reducing the amount of time required to research a problem and decreasing the amount of time required to return the unit back into service and avoid repeat trips. The Trip Coach provides:

A comprehensive overview of the major trip causes affecting the fleet. A detailed breakdown of possible events for each of the Field and CPM/CSM trip causes. A complete, step-by-step checklist for Operations Center and site personnel to effectively troubleshoot a trip. A form to suggest further possible causes/events that trigger a trip and submit it for possible addition to the list.
