Under Task-1 (a) To identify the objective of the company: Understand the Companys Profile: Partex Beverage is a most

popular company of Bangladesh. The Chairman of the Partex group of company, Mr M.A. Hashem was visited an International Trade Exebition on US in 1994.The Royel Cola Company was attend to that exhibition and Mr M.A. Hashem visited to that stall. He discussed about the product of Cola to the Examiner them head and he wanted to know about their profile of the company. From then he started conceptualizing the ideas of RC Beverage brand in Bangladesh. He accepted International brand name and quality that gains acceptability in the Bangladesh. Then he survey in Bangladesh about the new product of RC cola. After positive result in 1996, the corporate head and the director formed of Partex Beverage Ltd. Mr Ruel Aziz takes the steps. Fund worth Tk 10 cores were raised a part of equity from the group although registered as a public limited in Rajenrapur. RC was lunched in Dhaka on 20 th October in 1997. Since that as a new popular drinking and inventive packages has been introduced in the market. Partex Beverage has also introduced its product Dhaka in not the unexplored market. Mission of the Company The mission of Partex Beverage identifies the basic functions tasks of an enterprise or agency or any part of it. While a business may have social purpose of producing and distributing goods and services, it can accomplish this by fulfilling a mission of producing certain lines of products. But this company want to serve this country in the greater quest for national uplift. Main objective

The objectives or goals are the end towards which activity is aimed. They represent not only the end towards planning but also end towards which organizing; staffing, leading and controlling are aimed. An objective of a business might be to make a certain profit by producing a given line of home entertainment equipment. They also show their analyzing capacity, basic management, knowledge, theoretical knowledge and to know the present conditions of the most competitive beverage company of the country for achieving their objectives. The types of product line used in this case study Partex Groups of Company Ltd. Bangladesh whose product mix is very wide. In this case study Partex Beverage used one product line which was Beverage category of Partex such as RC cola, MUM, and Upper -10 which Partex sell separately. Companys Main Activities Partex Group of Company Ltd. Bangladesh whose produce various kinds of products is very wide. Partex is a company which sells product allover the country. They produced two kinds of beverage are MUM and Upper-10 before including RC Cola. Now they specially produce these three kinds of beverage and marketwise them. This company follow the product line management for sells their product all over the country and for achieving their objectives. Procedures to follow the Managerial roles

Partex Group of Company Ltd. has two major part of management role which is the way to make clear to achieve objectives. 1. Strategic Planning 2. Operational Planning The strategy level they will emphasize to create a decision making plan Top level managers engage in strategic Planning. Specific activities in this role (a) Developing long range plans and priorities for a department (b) Continuing to long range plans for the total organizing and (c) Helping develop to corporate policies. To operate their management strategy, which is the main strategy to follow the role of management strategy? To establish a rapid growth, what is the strategic plan of Board of Directors? To grow a rapid way the management of Partex group creates a strategic plan but now Board of Directors tell the management that it wants to see a plan and that it wants the plan to drive decision making and resources allocation at the company. In which attribute they should follow? The Board of Directors wants to design strategic planning processes that will the following attributes. 1. It will be democrat, involving as many key employees as possible in the process 2. It will help build a sense of shared vision within the company about how to continue to grow rapidly. 3. It will lead to the generation of three to five key strategic for the company 4. It will drive the formulation of detailed action plans and these plans will be sub subsequently linked to the companys annual operating budget. Overall Cost Leadership strategy: This strategic approach aims at reductions in cost, based to a great extent on experience. The objective is for a company to have a low cost structure compared with that of its competitors.

The Partex Beverage follows Product and marketing concept. From these two philosophies, they take some strategies. These are:

customer; of product quality, quantity and taste. 2. They want to delivery the customer need and want. 3. They want to delivering the desired satisfactions more effectively and efficiency than competitors do. 4. They want to build up a reputation in the society. Expectation to meet the product development: Their expectation is imagination soars beyond conversional barriers. And want to serve her in the greater quest for national uplift. And they also wants to cutting edge precision leads to greater public utility and hygienic, with a great care for the environment and human inhabitation. Here case study has given one of their product problem, students have to understand their decision making problems and try to mention the problems Firstly Partex Beverage wants to launch Upper -10 cola for Youth customer who is energetic and hardship minded. But one decision may cerate problem to make profit because in same time another product was coming and that was MOJO. This product quality, quantity and taste were better then Upper10 soft drinks. And this product price is cheaper than Upper -10 cola. And the Advertising of this product is attract the consumers very effectively. Task 3 (a) In task-3 here also mention the basis idea about the product development concept, please read the case study very carefully and also try to get theoretical knowledge to prepare your tasks: Here case study mentions two same types of product and try to identity the problem of their decision- making in regard of their product strategic plan. This case study mentions two same types of product. These are:>> Upper -10 >> MOJO Problem of Upper -10:(a) Comparatively higher price considering the quantity. (b) They target only one category people such as young and energetic chaps. (c) Taste is not as good as expectation as well as required. (d) The design of bottle and the out looking is not so good.
