General Information 1.

Participating vendor will be provided with one set of documents for the purpose of preparation and submission of tender comprising of: I. Specification of the books; II. Tender forms; and III. Companys particulars. 2. Tenders quoted, shall include sales tax, surtax and other government taxes that are applicable and the price quoted shall be valid for at least 30 days from the closing date. 3. Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation and reserves the right to accept part or whole of any tender. 4. Participating vendor are not allowed to assign the printing job to any other party. BNM reserves the right to reappoint other company should you breach this rule. 5. The sealed envelope containing documents II and III in (1) above (duly completed and signed) are to be hand-delivered so as to reach the tender box not later than the specified date and time as stated. 6. Binding Packaging Delivery

: Saddle Stich : 50 copies per pack with label identification : - All books must be completed within two weeks upon receiving the soft copy of the book and the mock-up. - Delivery of books within the Klang Valley and Selangor shall not be charged. All books must be delivered within one week upon completion of the printing. The list of destinations will be provided later.

Note - Participating vendor that does not adhere to the above specifications, is required to reprint the books at its own cost.
