INSTRUCTION FOR SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION ONLINE

Application can be submitted online from any of the following options:

From home using Internet / Internet Cafes.

From Polytechnic help centers notified by SBTET. List of notified

Polytechnic help centers available in this webportal on the link help centers. AP online- eseva or rajivinternet kiosks.
The application submitted online on any of the above centers will be registered in the server of Director of Technical Education / State Board of Technical Education and Training center (SBTET). This data will be further utilized for counseling and admissions. Hence the student has to take utmost care while submitting the online application form. However the mistakes can be rectified by submitting the request application to the coordinator Polytechnic College or to the Secretary, SBTET at least two days before closing date for submission of application form.

From Home using Internet or from Internet Cafes.

You have to click on the online application form link on the Home page as shown above. Then application form page will be opened and which will look as shown below. The applicant has to be carefully enter into the online application as per the instruction given in the guide lines.

After filling the application form duly selecting appropriate selection the student can submit the form by clicking the submit button. Then the application the software will prompt for confirmation. At this juncture the student has to thoroughly go through the filled application once again and then submit the form by clicking confirm button.

On clicking the confirmation button the software will generate application Number and Pin Number. The student has to note down these numbers and keep them handy for future use. On clicking the print application button preview of application form will be shown on the screen as shown below:

You may click print option and take printout of the filled application form. Now the data is updated in the central Server which will be accessed by the Polytechnic center.

Now the printed application must be affixed with passport size

black & white photograph and signed by parent / guardian and applicant. This application is ready for submission in the
Polytechnic Help center either attaching DD for Rs. 270/- to the application or with Cash (Rs.270/-) for which selection is made while submitting the application online. The filled printed application form can be submitted in Polytechnic Help Centers or or may be sent by post to State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET). If the application is sent by post to State Board of Technical

Education and Training (SBTET), 7th Floor, BRKR Govt. offices complex, Tankbund Road, Hyderabad500063. SBTET will scrutiny the application and send the Hall Ticket by post, also
the student may print the Hall ticket through internet by using the Application number and PIN number which were noted earlier by the student. If the application is submitted in Polytechnic Help Centers, the help center operator will scan the photograph, signatures of parent/ guardian, student and attach to the online application database. The operator will generate the hall ticket on the spot and handover to the student. The student shall verify the hall ticket before leaving the help center.
