NOTE!!! IMPORTANT a) All cargo will require an Export Clearance Delivery Order (CDO) for all exports. In order for WWL to comply with this regulation please note that cargo will not be received / accepted at the wharf unless it is accompanied by a hard copy CDO.

b) WWL prohibits personal effects inside Motor Vehicles please see contact following for
a company that can assist you with this.
1. Contact our Customer Care Department for a booking, if this has not already been done.

Important - At this time, please confirm if there are any personal effects inside the Motor Vehicle. 2. Arrange for an Export Entry to be lodged to N.Z. Customs and obtain Export Customs Delivery Order (CDO). 3. Closer to the vessels arrival (approximately one week prior) we will contact you to advise the time frame for delivering cargo to the wharf. This usually begins 5 days before vessels arrival and stops 48 hours prior to vessels arrival.
4. The Ports of Auckland only allow Motor Vehicles to be delivered to the wharf by an

approved transport company. Attached is a list of the recommended carriers. Contact your transport company to arrange the delivery of the cargo to the wharf. You need to check with the transport company if they can arrange the steam cleaning, which must be done prior to shipping. Please ensure that the unit is delivered to the wharf with a copy of the Export Customs Delivery Order. 5. Arrange the steam cleaning if the transport company is not arranging this. 6. Proceed to our office to arrange payment for the shipping and to confirm other information required to manifest your cargo. 7. After the vessel has sailed Auckland port, we are able to issue you the Non-Negotiable Waybill either by fax or post. A faxed copy at the discharge port is sufficient to do any clearance requirements. 8. Vehicles must have current Warrant of Fitness.
