Social Activities
We can offer support with starting new activities, e.g. finding voluntary work, reduced cost access to leisure centres and other sports activities. Information, advice and guidance on help with funding activities.
Peer Groups
Our Social Club is involved in organising activities that service users can do together, e.g. adventure pursuits, walks, gardening, quizzes and film nights. Ideas and suggestions from service users are always welcome.
Complementary therapies
A changing menu of time limited alternative / complementary therapies is also available. This includes: auricular acupuncture, homeopathy, creative visualisation, massage, reflexology, reiki, polarity therapy and massage.
