RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

Information: 1st we have to receive the following information from employer concerning their requirement of worker: Exact Job Description Required No of Candidates Basic Salary Food Allowance Accommodation Allowance Air Ticket from Nepal to working Country Job Starting Date Other Terms and conditions if any Documents: If we can supply the workers as per employer details then we will take this job order if not then we will inform them immediately with reasons why we are unable to take this order with alternative suggestion. Once we confirm, the job order then Employer should send following documents.

. Demand Letter . Power of Attorney . Employment Contract . Inter Party Agreement . Guarantee Letter

(All these documents should be attested from chamber of commerce of Employers country and foreign ministry. If there is Nepal Embassy Then It should be attested from Embassy too) Pre approval from the Government: once we received above attested original documents, we will submit the application attaching the original documents for pre approval to ministry of Labor & Transport, Government of Nepal. They will verify the documents and will give us permission to advertise for this requirement, arrange the interview and collect the passport of applicant. It will take 3- 4 working days to get this pre-approvable.

Advertisement: We will publish the WANTED notice to nationwide news paper and regional FM Radio Station, on the same notice we will inform when and where will be pre-selection interview for the post. After publishing the advertisement our branch office and sub agent will be actively involved for sourcing the applicant. Most of the interview will be arranged at our branch office.

Pre-Selection Interview: We will do the pre-selection interview at the given place & time which mentioned on advertisement. Our managerial level person will do the pre-interview. On the interview we will inform to the applicant each and every details which is mentioned on sample of employment contract. Also we will inform about the training and cost, if applicable. Once we select, we will inform them that there will be final interview in Kathmandu so come within 7 days.

Arrival of pre selected applicant in Kathmandu: Once the applicant arrived in Kathmandu we will take the final interview and trade test at Concerning Training Institute, Final interview will be taken by: Representative from Employer Representative from Training Institute Representative from Our Company In depended Consultant After interview we will get 3 category of the final selected applicant. 1. Who has working experience and just need to give them short training. 2. Who doesnt have working experience and need to give them full training. 3. Who doesnt need training because they have applied for unskilled job. Publishing the final selected list: After giving the selected list by the interview team we will published the list and inform to selected candidates to do medical and submit the original passport picture & medical fit report and related documents to us within 3 working days. Training: We will start the training as per the categories. Training will be given as per the instruction given by the selection committee and training will follow accordingly. After 7 days we will see the progress of the trainee. Forwarding the final list for visa application: After seeing the progress of training we will send documents to employer for visa application who are showing their confidence to work as per job description. Informing to Nepal Government: We will send the list of the candidates who has been selected and forwarding for visa application.

AFTER VISA RECEIVED FROM EMPLOYER


Once we get the visa from employer we will inform to the applicant. We will ask them to prepare to fly. Once we get the flight details we will inform to the applicant. Generally we need 10 15 days time to deploy the workers once we get the visa from employer. Orientation and final medical: After we get the visa and completion of training we will send the worker to do the re medical. Also we will send them for Orientation, where they will know about the working countrys labor law, environment, culture and etc. Final approvable from Nepal government: We will apply to Nepal government with passport copy, visa copy, medical report and orientation certificate for allowing them to fly from Nepal. It will take 3 -4 days to get this approvable. Final agreement between Employer and Employee: 1 day before the departure of worker we will ask employee to sign & Sample of Employment contract.

Final briefing and Departure: We will again brief the workers about work and working country. We will inform what to do in case in emergency. We will drop them to at airport. All the workers are flying wearing within our companys logo mentioned cap.

Pickup from the airport: Employer should pick up the worker from the destination airport and took them to working place. Briefing at working place: Employer should brief the worker about working place & work in working country. Feedback: Time to time Employer should given the feedback of the worker.

DURING PROBATION PERIOD


If the workers are not found suitable on probation period as per required them employer may reduce the grade and salary for time being. If the workers are medically unfit then we will replace another worker at our own cost.

WE NEVER KEEP THE PASSPORT OR COLLECT THE PASSPORT BEFORE WE RECEIVED CONFIRMED JOB ORDER FROM OUR CLIENT. WE START TO COLLECT THE APPLICANT / PASSPORT AFTER WE GET APPROVABLE FROM NEPAL GOVERNMENT.

Interparty-AGREEMENT

This Agreement has been made on 18-02-2010, M/S SAHARA TRADING COMPANY, Industrial Area 17, Sharjah, UAE (here in after called first party) and M/S OUR DESTINY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PVT LTD GPO Box:-12027, Kathmandu, NEPAL. (here in after called the second party) on the following terms and conditions. 1. The second party agrees to deploy the 100 Nepalese workers. 2. The First Party has promised to provide all the facilities to the Nepalese workers of which is mentioned in the Demand Letter. If not, the first party will be responsible for all the expenses. 3. The second Party will be responsible for the following cases, if I Visas expired II Late deployment 4. The recruitment process: I Upon issuing of all necessary documents by the First Party. The Second Party will arrange for an interview to be conducted in Kathmandu, Nepal within a period of two (2) weeks. II Upon completion of interview the Second Party undertakes to deliver the necessary documents (photocopy of passport, medical report and photograph) of the selected workers to the First Party by ten (10) days. III After received the selected candidates documents the 1st party will apply the visa at concern authority. IV After received the visa of candidates the 2nd party will deploy the workers in time.

This agreement will start while signing by both parties and it will be valid until it is not revoked.
