05/07/2011 To The Regional Manager, Coimbatore Region Dear Sir, Request to relax the norms for cash remittance

under any-where banking operations in Overdraft Account and to refund the cash remittance charges levied by satellite branches in respect of Deposit OD limit of Rs.36 lac enjoyed by M/s.Rajasthan Glass House We would like to inform that M/s. Rajasthan Glass House is a leading business firm engaged in wholesale distribution of branded glasses meant for glass windows, doors etc. in all over Tamilnadu. It is owned by J. Jawanthraj Jain. They are banking with us since inception of our branch. Details of Deposits maintained by him are given below Deposit No: In the name of J. Jain Jawanthraj Deposit name Due on Encumbered or not

The firm has availed Deposit OD of Rs.36 lac under any-where banking operations in Overdraft Account from 27.07.2010 against self term deposit of Rs. 40 lac. Considering their business nature, we suggested them to opt for our bank Anywhere banking operations in Overdraft Account. Though they find any-where banking operations in Overdraft Account more convenient and suitable to their business nature, they are displeased with charges levied by us for their cash remittances after 3 pm at parent branch and for any cash remittances at Satellite Branches. Our Banks any-where banking operations in Overdraft Account Scheme is commonly structured for the OD limit of Rs. 1 lac and above as a measure to cater Retailers and Small business men because hefty charges at the rate of Rs. 1 per thousand and part thereof with minimum of Rs.10/-are levied for any cash remittances beyond Rs. 1 lac per day at parent branch and all cash remittances at 1

satellite branches as a measure to discourage them for using our bank as avenue for dumping cash. Such punitive charges meant for un-remunerative clients using our bank as dumping yard for their cash collections act as deterring factor for genuine customers like M/s. Rajasthan class House. Hence it is genuinely felt that case by case relaxation shall be given as a customer friendly measure. Based on the representation given by M/s.Rajasthan Glass House, we recommend for the following relaxations in the any-where bank OD scheme for them till their continuance of Deposit OD for the amount not less than Rs. 36 lac or more for a period of 1 year. 1. Cash Remittance Limit at parent branch shall be increased from Rs. 1 lac to 10 lac per day but with over all cap of Rs.25 lac per month. Charges at the rate of Rs. 1 per thousand and part thereof with minimum of Rs.10/-are levied for any cash remittances beyond Rs. 10 lac per day at parent branch or cash remittances beyond Rs. 25 lac per month. 2. Charge Free Cash Remittance Limit at all satellite branches put together shall be fixed at Rs. 1 lac per day as against the current charges at the rate of Rs. 1 per thousand and part thereof with minimum of Rs.10/- for all cash remittances at satellite branches. Cash Remittances at Satellite branches in excess of Rs.1 lac per day shall be charged at prevailing the rate of Rs. 1 per thousand and part thereof with minimum of Rs.10/-

3. To permit to refund being charged as cash remittance charges from 31.01`.2011 to 28.02.1011 at parent and satellite branches 4. To permit the above relaxations in the cash remittance charges at parent and satellite branches with retrospective effect from 01.04.2011. 5. Except the above relaxations all other term and conditions of anywhere scheme remain unchanged. We enclose the copy of account statement and partys letter and scheme details for your ready reference. I Thanking you, Yours faithfully,

Rs.1695/-

05.07.2011 From S.S. Subramanian (1476), Senior Manager, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd., Coimbatore Main.

To The General Manager, Human & Resources Department Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited, HO Thoothukudi Dear Sir, Foreclosure of Staff House Plot Loan of Rs. 2 lac availed by me in 2009 I would like to inform that I have purchased House Plot in outskirts of Chennai by availing Staff House Plot loan of Rs. 2 lac in 2009. The plot size is 18.75 width *64 breadth (1200 Sq. Ft.). Now I am unable to secure approved plan for construction of House in the said plot because CMDA, Chennai stipulates minimum 20 width as precondition for sanctioning plan approval. This CMDA minimum width norm is not known to me at the time of purchase. In view of non-availability of plan approval for house construction, I wish to foreclose Staff House Plot Loan of Rs. 2 lac so availed by me. I request for not levying any extra interest for this loan as a special case.

Thanking You, Yours faithfully,

S.S. Subramanian.
