ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES I had worked with different analytical techniques which need to determine isoelectric point (pI), Molecular weight, % Purity of test sample, Tm value measurement, pattern of enzymatic digestion. Also worked in protein biochemistry and hands on experience of different analytical techniques like Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, agarose gel electrophoresis, ELISA, PCR, Protein quantification Assay (Bradford assay, Folin-Lowry assay, Ninhydrin assay, UV spectrum), enzyme assay and HPLC techniques . I have good skill set of microbiological techniques like Isolation of microorganisms, Identification of microorganism by biochemical analysis, sterility testing, antimicrobial activity screening, staining techniques and microscopy.
