INTRODUCTION

In the following report I will show the results of my VARK test in order to know my personal learning style. VARK: is a questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information. It is very important to know our personal learning style in order to focus in the area in which we prefer to learn. Knowing our own learning style can give us many advantages in the learning process because if we know it we should practice or develop activities in using those strategies that go well with our personality.

My scores were: Visual: 2 Aural: 7 Read/write: 9 Kinesthetic: 5 According to the VARK questionnaire I have a multimodal (ARK) learning preference, this mean that I have a mixed combination of learning styles, but the main learning style is Read/write which emphasizes on words and lists. I like to be a multimodal learner because it is an advantage since I can adequate my strategies with different teachers. What I realized is that the weakest learning style is visual because I got 2, but I can focus on other strategies which will help me in order to make easier the learning process. It is important to know what learning style we prefer or with which we learn better in order to help our learning process. The VARK questionnaire can help us a lot because it recommends us many strategies that we can apply to develop our understanding in different topics.
