Overall EWA status for the past one month is in YELLOW rating. Please find the detailed analysis for the system PWM:
1. Hardware and Software Configuration status:
Rating Check Hardware Configuration Software Configuration
PWM system is running on SAP kernel release 700, patch level 293, which is up-to-date. This means that you have the latest available improvements and error corrections offered by SAP to its customers.
2. Service Preparation:
Before we can deliver any services, the latest version of the SAP Service tools must be available in our system.
We have executed the RTCCTOOL in the system PWM; please find the attached report with the logs.
62% of the average total response time is database time. We need to investigate the reason for the high database times.
There are no major problems in the workload distribution, the rating also in GREEN.
5. System Operating: status: YELLOW
When analyzing the database, we detected large or rapidly growing tables or indexes. We need to Implement the SAP Note 40088 to reduce the size of some of these tables or indexes. There were no update errors and ABAP dumps found.
Most of the security issue is related to SAP Security Notes: ABAP and Kernel Software Corrections , Gateway and Message Server Security and Users with Critical Authorizations. To check the SAP related HOT News and notes, we need to run the report RSECNOTE. When we run the report RSECNOTE in SE38, we got the below screenshot.

No changes need to be done in hardware level. EWA report also suggests that the Hardware capacity is in GREEN status.
8. Database Settings: status GREEN
There is no missing index found in the system. Database Key Performance Indicators, Setup of the Temporary Tablespace, Optimizer Statistics and Automatic stats creation are all in the status GREEN.
As per EWA recommendation, top growing tables to be analyzed and we need to check that the table growth is really necessary for your business process.
The SQL statements that we have identified in PWM system cause such a heavy load that they might overload the database server. Optimizing the SQL query will help us to reduce the workload Please find the EWA report for the past one month.
