TESTIMONIALS

The training was excellent, Adrian makes Loss Prevention techniques simple to understand and I went back to work with a new outlook on how I look at customers and what we do to prevent theft. This is the first training class where I felt all training material was delivered successfully through many practical exercises. Best course I have done for a very long time. 10 out of 10. Your approach to Loss Prevention by looking at it as an investigation was brilliant. Great course, I realised just how naive I was as a Manager to put nearly all my stock losses down to shop lifters. It wasn't until I got back to work that I identified the problem as internal theft and after a few staff movements cut my losses by 80%.
