Life Groups

Real life change rarely occurs in isolation. Thats why at Beltway you hear a lot about getting together in small groups we call them Life Groups. Gathering all over the Abilene region, people from every stage of life (diverse, young married, women, men, college, and single adults) meet in living rooms to follow Jesus more closely. You might not think that engaging truth or ministering to one another could be so informal yet be so intensely rewarding. Simple. Spiritual. Encouraging. Life Transforming. Life Groups at Beltway Park create a great environment for genuine community, spiritual growth, and developing servant leaders.

Life Group Leader Rally Wednesday / August 31 / 6:00pm / Chapel LEADERS: Come Wednesday, August 31 to receive fresh vision for your Life Group and get an inside peak into the direction of Beltway Park this fall. And well have cookies, too.

GroupLink

Finding the Right Group Connection September 11 @ 6:00pm October 16 @ 10:50am Is God nudging you to get connected with other believers, to find a small group that shares and encourages you in your spiritual journey? GroupLink is just the event to avoid the awkwardness of just showing up and to find the best group for you. GroupLink is a specific experience designed to help individuals and/or families connect with a small group. Life Group leaders are present who either want to start a brand new group or simply add to their existing group. Through the course of the evening, time is given to visit at length with these leaders, to discover what their group is like, and to discern whether their group is a great fit. By the end of the event, almost all have found a Life Group that truly excited them. Childrens Ministry is available with reservation.

DNA Infusion Beginning September 7 Calling all Life Group Leaders and potential leaders! For three months each school semester, the Life Group Ministry is facilitating specific courses designed to instill a central DNA and vision into each of our groups. Essential and required for all group leaders, these sessions are designed to not only give leaders a clear direction and purpose but also to strengthen critical skills and to offer needed encouragement. Here is how it works: For each week during a given month (September, October, and November), the same course will be presented. You choose which Wednesday evening works best for you (according to your schedule) during that given month. One session will be offered one Sunday morning each month. By the end of the semester, you will have participated in three distinct DNA Infusion courses..

You were created for relationship and fellowship and your heart cannot and will not be satisfied until it finds its rest in the Fathers love. Journey with us as Father God reveals the truth of who He is as our Father and who we are as His beloved children. Watch for further information on this exciting and life changing weekend in upcoming publications. Contact Sherrie Saltzgaber for more information.

Outreach & Missions

Beltway Park is dedicated to presenting Jesus Christ personally to this generation, to mobilizing as many as possible to help in this task, and to the training and equipping of believers for their part in fulfilling the Great Commission. As citizens of Gods kingdom, we are called to love, worship, and obey our Lord, to love and serve His body, the church, and to present the whole gospel for the whole person throughout the whole world. Beltway Park provides various ways for you to be the hands and feet of Jesus to this generation through local outreach and short term mission trips around the world.

The Ramp Local Outreach There are countless opportunities right here in Abilene to effectively share the gospel. Visit The Ramp for more information and specific ministry opportunities.
