Global Product Solution Manager


Netop wants to strengthen its market positioning and grow business within IT administration and unified communication solutions in the corporate enterprise market. To achieve this, we are looking for a Global Product Solutions Manager. With reference to the Director of Product Management, the Product Solution Manager becomes part of a global cross-functional team whose main responsibility is to deliver customer-focused, profitable and innovative product solutions to the market on time. The Product Solution Manager will be expected to travel 25+ days per year.

Responsibility Turning business opportunities into product solutions based on the Netop technology, customer requirements, market segmentation, competitive offerings, market research and time to market. Providing executive management with guidance to target untapped market potential, expansion of existing markets or market growth. Carrying out market segmentation, buying behaviour analysis and competitive analysis. Assisting product managers creating business opportunity driven product solution vision scopes. Creating, driving and executing go-to-market plans including sales enablement, messaging, positioning, pricing, promotions, campaigns, sales collateral, web updates and partner/customer communication. Assisting sales executives with sales optimization in territories based on potential, customer segmentation, competitive offerings and product functionality. Ensuring success rate of go-to-market activities, sales material and ROI on product solutions. Engaging in conversations with customers, partners and sales executives in order to pinpoint market requirements, expectations and communication.

Working closely with the product managers, software architects, marketing and sales team to ensure time to market.

Qualifications

BA/BS in business/marketing or equivalent with flair for understanding technical products and solutions. 3+ years of experience within product management/marketing/sales/business development with software, e-commerce products or similar. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation/influencing skills and ability to conduct multi-company, multi-national, business meetings. Ability to effectively collect and analyze market input from various internal and external resources. High motivation with a strong desire to expand the companys business opportunity and to grow revenue. Creativity and capacity to blend industry needs with business strategy to develop new and existing business opportunities. A strong personal drive that encourage others to perform whilst inspire people to listen and learn from you. Excellent presentation, communication and written skills (English). A deadline driven personality with excellent project and time management skills. An ability to work across functions and to provide leadership of ideas.
