Conducted SSG Election held on March 01, 2010. 2. Participated in Independence Day Celebration last June 12, 2010. 3. Participated in Division Pop Ed Quiz and Essay Writing contest held on September 20, 2010 at SM Rosales. 4. Participated in the (3) three days Division Federated SSG Leadership Training held on Jan. 23, 2010 at Juan Macaraeg National High School. 5. Conducted Earthquake Drill last July 2010 to enhance the readiness and awareness of the students in times calamities 6. SSG sponsored the Teachers Month Celebration which seeks to recognize the unparalleled contribution made by teachers in the life of their students. 7. SSG Officers and students participated in the film showing Tanglaw at SM Rosales. 8. Conducted Womens Month Celebration last March 11 , 2011. 9. No Dropout in Second year Mabini for the school year 2010-2011. III. Staff Development 1. Attended the 3 Days Division-wide Training of Araling Panlipunan First Year Teachers on the 2010 Secondary Education Curriculum held last September 15-17, 2010 at Juan G. Macaraeg Natl. High School 2. Conducted Election of PTA Board of Directors and Officers held on August 2010. 3. Attended the 3 Days National Seminar Workshop on Innovations in Teaching Social Studies held last December 19 - 21, 2010 at Teachers Camp, Baguio City. 4. Conducted Womens Month Celebration last March 11, 2011. 5. Presently enrolled at PSU Urdaneta for a Masters Degree major in Social Studies. IV Instructional Development a. Lesson Planning 1. Prepared everyday lessons plans in Araling Panlipunan based from the learning competencies. 2. Prepared Test Item Banks and evaluate quizzes to evaluate learning outcomes of the students . b. Learners Achievement

1. Improved learners achievement by administering the Division Diagnostic, Progress and Summative Test respectively. 2. Improved Students performance from Araling Panlipunan I , II, and III c. School ,Home and Community Involvement 1. Called for the parents of students with problems like cases of absenteeism and failures. 2. Attended all conferences called for in the department and in school 3. Conducted Cleanliness & Beautification project along the road of Brgy. Don Benito in which fences and stones where fixed and painted. VI. Others 1. SSG Adviser, SSG Officers and School Heads with the cooperation of PTA Officers and Brgy. Officials planted 88 Mahogany Seedlings in the School Mini-Forest 2. Constructed Comfort Rooms last September 2010 .
