Course Description This course reviews common business systems and their interrelationships. Business systems covered include finance, accounting, sales, marketing, human resources, legal, and operations. Emphasis is placed upon the inputs and outputs of information systems, the potential for integration of the systems, and information systems security. Five) Begin Service Request SR-rm-012, Business Systems. The learning team will prepare a maximum 4 page Word document and a maximum 10-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for the project. This final paper and presentation will not be posted until Week 5. Assume that the paper and the presentation are to be given to an executive management committee. At a minimum, the paper/ presentation should include the following: o Each type of business system and subsystem. o Description of each business system and subsystem. o Identification of inter-relationships of business systems and subsystem.

In analyzing your workplace or that of an organization with which you are familiar, name three security concerns that affect assets of the organization, describe the threats to each, and propose the potential for ensuring a secure solution. Include in your description how this information system has an effect on the organizational structure.
