Discussions/Agenda: 1. Inaccurate Customer Points for all branches with pending customer complaints on redemption. For this concern Ms. Adi presented the current network setup of Toytown. Customer points are not synchronize due to the network /internet connections of Toytown which is intermittent. It was discussed that on - line customer points are dependent on network setup. As agreed, we will do batch sending of customer points to the head office. Jimac will prepare the detailed procedure that the store personnel shall follow. For Redemption of customer points, each store will have a redemption log book and will coordinate with the other branches to avoid redemption of customers point within the same day. Jimac personnel will gather all the sales, customer records to the entire branch and will perform customer points recalculation at Toytown Head Office. Jimac Support will be deploy to all Toytown branches. 1st day is for recalculation and synchronization of points. 2 nd day is for checking of customer points. If incase there is a need to do points adjustment, Jimac personnel will assist Sir Ferdie but Sir Ferdie will do the adjustments. It was also discussed and agreed at the receipt we will only reflect current points earned for the specific receipt. We will remove the following information: previous points, points redeemed, and total available points. At the receipt also, we will rename as a member to as a VIP member you save this amount For Eastwood downloading, VIP discount appears Senior Citizen discount Jimac area support is coordinating with the admin for the detailed concern At Eastwood branch discounts doesnt appear on POS reading For checking next week c/o Jimac Support ODBC Error messages appear " then the computer hangs For checking next week c/o Jimac Support POS program running too slow for all branches. This is encountered during late afternoon or peak hours For checking next week c/o Jimac Support Unable to reprint previous receipt Toytown Market - Store can reprint transactions. Sample receipt was generated last August 8 for this concern. Eastwood it was raise during the meeting that they also cannot reprint the receipt. For checking support next week visit. Jimac technicians usually cannot address the problems at site Jimac will do its best to coordinate with the area support being deploy on site

Diplomat concerns: Item should be vat exempt automatically, there shouldnt be any customer points. For correction POS program At Toytown Market Discount cannot commit on regular customers other than member. Toytown Market can already perform regular discounts. It was checked last August 8. Sample receipt is generated for this concern.

Team Viewer Do not activate team viewer as requested by Sir Noel 14. Bankee and Funtime Department For loyalty member they do not have a discount For VIP member cash transactions, 10 % discount, for card 5 % discount

ACTIONS: By Monday, August 22, Jimac will check all the stores to check system hanging. Either Tuesday or Wednesday, Jimac will synchronize the customer points. Sending of points will be by batch; new procedure shall be given to the store personnel for them to religiously follow the instructions. Toytown I.T. to remove virus at server before Monday, August 22,2011 Jimac will train store personnel at the head office to perform time triggered price change Diplomat functions can be use to all stores, item should be automatically VAT exempt and no customer points
