199:13 the course of the 2005 negotiations, Rambus ever told
199:14 Samsung that Rambus was concerned that the negotiations
199:15 were going too slowly, given the fact that the
199:16 expiration of the agreement was looming?

199:19 THE WITNESS: If you ask me whether such

199:20 wordings had been made, my answer will be "I don't
199:21 know." It is my understanding that due to the
199:22 agreement that Rambus entered into with Infineon --
199:23 according to 2000 agreement, and until the expiration
199:24 date of that 2000 agreement, Rambus, as well as Samsung
199:25 also, made its best good-faith to cooperate for a
200: 1 renewal negotiation. And Samsung had no thought about
200: 2 delaying it at all.
