Define SOP; describe what these videos say about SOP: Silent Source, No Second Chance, Pressure-Level-1. Define the 5 types of ionizing radiation (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Neutron and X-Ray). Describe the maximization/minimization principles of Time, Distance, Shielding and the inverse square law.

Describe the function of the Radiation Badge Describe the function of the RADIATION PLACARD. Define what is an explosive and why we use them in WL operations. Define an Explosive in terms of High and Low and the difference between Primary High and Secondary High. Describe the function of the EXPLOSIVE PLACARD . Describe the Pressure Standard by stating: the dangers associated with pressure operations; the goal of the Pressure Standard; policy of pressure testing; policy of training; working pressures; use of approved equipment

How to complete WL -HSE requirements

The QHSE training you received in OFS-1 is relevant to all activities in Schlumberger. There are however specific Hazards that you will deal with in Wireline. You must be trained to the Schlumberger Standard on these Hazards. Remember, Schlumberger Standards are considered to be a benchmark in the Oil and Gas industry. Lets look at the 3 main hazards specific to Wireline operations. Each of these hazards deserves your respect and attention.
