Work Culture Infosys has a very open-minded work culture -- it is a place where there is minimal hierarchy and people

are unafraid to voice new ideas. Infoscions enjoy trust at the workplace and have a friendly environment within which to perform their duties. All employees have a sense of pride and belonging -- they strive to create a workplace where politics are kept down to a minimum and where employees enjoy the transparent work culture. Infosys women s inclusivity network Was launched in 2003 to create a gender sensitive and inclusive work environment at Infosys. This network addresses the worklife balance and developmental needs of their women employees. A special mentoring program for women was lau nched in 2008. Infyability Since 2006, it has been their conscious effort to support employees with physical disabilities through the equal oppurtunities team. They have established a platform to help employees come together and benefit by sharing experiences and

This network was launched in 2008 to help employees with parenting and work life balance issues. Employees are given online e pert counseling and provided referral services on daycare and information on schools for their children. The annual Petit Infoscion Day recognizes children of emoloyees who have e hibited commendable performance in the areas of academia and e tracurricular activities. On this day, a large number of employees and their e tended families participate in carnivals, contests, and theme parties organized at their campuses.
