approved by the Secretary of Agricu_ltuxe and Natural
Resources and purBuant to the provisions of Section
1826 of the Revised Administrative Code as amended
by Republic Act No . 3092, I, FERDINAND L MARCO-, Pro-
sident of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the
gop eration of Proclamation too . -505, dated December 14,
115, which ehtabliafed the Angat Watershed Reservation,
a certain portion thergof located in the Municipalities
of Norzagarp and San Jose, Province of Bulacan and Mtuii-
cipality of ontalban, Province of Rizal, and deci,re the
Bame subject to private rights if any there be as'
