Dupa ce s-a terminat instalarea unuia/a mai multor si/sau a tuturor Addonurilor/Stuff Pack-urilor se efectueaza update-urile corespunzatoare acestor Addonuri/Stuff Pack-uri - si anume cele aparute pana la data de 24 July 2011 (Vezi folderul "Updates"). ********************************************************************************* C. Dupa ce s-au realizat Update-urile fiecarui Addon/Stuff Pack se realizeaza Update-ul jocului "The Sims 3" (25 July 2011 - TS3_1.24.3.0120xx - Vezi folderul "Updates"). ********************************************************************************* D. Se copiaza crack-ul pentru "The Sims 3"(Base Game) (Vezi folderul "Cracks"). ********************************************************************************* Part II. About Store Updates : ********************************************************************************* I. HOW TO APPLY THE MODS (Modifications): 1. Select the "Mods" folder and drag & drop the whole folder to exactly: (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. 2. Now, start the game, open the buy-mode and have fun using the new items! ********************************************************************************* II. HOW TO APPLY THE (Official) CONTENT PACKAGE(S): 1. Open the "Content Packages" folder - Deschide folderul "Content Packages". 2. Just double-click on the package(s) you like - Dublu click pe fisierul dorit.

3. Your The Sims 3 launcher should automatically open now - Executabilul jocului The Sims 3 se va deschide automat. 4. On the launcher, navigate to the "Downloads" -tab, which should now have an "!" icon next to it - Dupa pornirea jocului selectati "Downloads" din meniu. 5. Your package should be there. Check the box in front of it and choose "Install" - Fisierul ales la punctul 2 va aparea la "Downloads", in cazul in care este debifat il bifati si apoi alegeti "Install" pentru a il instala. 6. You might get an error about "an unofficial game modification". Just choose "Continue" and start the game from your taskbar. (It should be there, minimized) - E posibil ca la unele noi update-uri ale jocului The Sims 3 aceste fisiere sa nu fie mereu identificate ca "Official" insa nu este o problema, selectati "Continue". 7. Wait for the package to install - Asteptati sa se instaleze. 8. When the installation has finished, just click "OK", start the game and... ENJOY playing! - Cand instalarea a avut loc cu succes , click "OK", Start game & joc placut! ********************************************************************************* Or/Sau ********************************************************************************* III. TUTORIAL pentru instalarea/utilizarea celor cuprinse in The Sims 3 Official Store Items : 1. Trebuie instalata verisunea The Sims 3 si facut update la zi. 2. Go to The Sims 3 Folder in My Documents: Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ - Du-te in floderul The Sims 3 din My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ si creaza aici un folder denumit : Mods. 3. Resource.cfg - You will need a file called resource.cfg - this is just a simple file containing some text that tells the game where to look for custom content. Ai nevoie de un fisier Resource.cfg care va ajuta jocul sa gaseasca acele noi Itemuri. Acest fisier il vei salva in folderul "Mods"(tocmai realizat la punctul 2). 4. Packages Folder - Acum este nevoie de un folder in care sa poata fi puse fisierele ".package" (fisierele denumite astfel) . Te duci in Mods Folder(cel realizat la punctul 2 - Documents(or My Documents)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\ in care se afla deja fisierul de la Punctul 3 (Resource.cfg) si aici creezi un folder denumit "Packages" . La final vei avea in folderul Mods , fisierul Resource.cfg si folderul Packages. 5. Package Files (despre aceste fisiere) : Odata ce s-au realizat pasii 1-4, suntem gata sa punem fisierele .package unde le este locul, si anume in folderul Packages - Documents(or My Documents)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\. 6. Test! - testam cele facute la punctele 1-5. Pornim jocul, fisierele .package trebuie sa mearga perfect cu jocul. 7. Unele fisiere din folderul "The Sims 3 Official Store Items" sunt de tip "Sims3Pack" aceste fisiere reprezinta orase/zone noi. Ele se pot introduce in joc astfel :

A. Se pun fisierele in Downloads Folder care se gaseste in : C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 - for XP Users or C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 - for Windows 7/Vista Users. B. Se porneste executabilul jocului, se selecteaza Download Button din stanga, se bifeaza ceea ce apare in lista ca nefiind instalat. Dupa bifare se da Install si asta este tot. ********************************************************************************* Part III. Custom Content may cause the game to behave unexpectedly or not function entirely. To disable your custom content, undo whatever you did to install this content to get your game back into an unmodified state. If you placed it in a Sims 3 directory folder, move it to a new folder that is outside your Sims 3 file directory. To do this, copy the .sims3 folders found in the Saves folder onto your desktop or another file directory. Your Sims 3 Saves folder can be found using the paths listed below: Windows File Directory: C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves Mac File Directory: User/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims/Saves After the Update is installed, run the game to verify your saves still function correctly.

********************************************************************************* Step 3: Let the Update Complete Entirely Updates can sometimes be rather large and may take a while to download and install completely. Cancelling the update before it has completed may cause unexpected problems, so it is always best to let it finish entirely.
