Compressed Natural Gas is widely available

The use of compressed natural gas vehicles (CNG) can help grow U.S. energy independence. Currently 70% of the oil America imports is directly used for transportation. Natural gas vehicles emit 25% less CO2 than vehicles that run on traditional gasoline or diesel. Natural gas on average costs about half the price of traditional fuels per gallon, making it a viable economic general consumer solution as well.

Currently, natural gas powers more than 10 million vehicles on the road today worldwide. There are roughly 1,100 CNG fueling stations within the U.S. with more stations being built in America. CNG costs are on average 40% less than gasoline, while *emitting up to 90% less emissions than gasoline. With an abundant supply and being able to be produced solely in America, it is an affordable, clean and abundant solution for reducing Americas dependence on foreign oil.
