Included in our scope of supply is full documentation to enable the correct installation and safe operation, shutdown and maintenance of the evaporating system. Specifically, we include the following documentation in our supply with an indication of the time scale from order when the information will be provided. - General arrangement drawing - Loading and fixings diagram -Detailed project schedule -P & ID -Utility consumption list -Motor list -Field instrumentation schedule -Interlock schedule -Start-up, Shutdown and emergency shutdown description -Control Panel layout -Control panel wiring diagram -Quality control and inspection manual -Evaporator conditions -Detailed manufacturing drawings for Evaporator -Itemized and priced spares list -Thermal insulation specification and drawing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


This quotation is made subject to the Food & Biotech standard conditions of sale attached. 1.Payment Terms The following terms of payment are suggested. All payments to be made within 30 days net. 40 % with order invoiced 30 days after order. 60 % on delivery ex-works and presentation of documents. 2.Installation and commission: Against invoice after successful commissioning the plant. 3.Delivery Delivery of Evaporator equipment will be 11-12 weeks from order and to meet the clients required delivery schedule. 4.Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for a period of 60 days. 5.Mechanical Guarantee: All equipment supplied will be fully mechanically guaranteed for a period of 12 months from first commissioning on product or 18 months from delivery, whichever is the earlier. This guarantee excludes any parts, which fail through fair wear and tear. 6.Process Guarantee: We guarantee the process performance of the complete system within our supply. 7.Technical Data: The Technical data provided in this quotation is provisional only and although every effort has been made to ensure reliability, final data, provided after order, may vary to that provided above. 8.Liquidated Damages:

In the event of delayed deliveries to supply for reasons outside clients control, it is agreed that liquidated damages will be paid of 1% of the contract value per week or part thereof of delay up to a maximum of 5% of the contract value. 9.Limit of Liability: The scope of supply and services described above is the limit of Food & Biotech responsibility with regard to any order placed on the basis of this quotation. No consequential loss or damages claims will be considered.

EXCLUSIONS:
The following items are excluded from our supply:- Civil or building work (including foundations) of any kind - Support or access steel work - Thermal insulation or cladding, including installation -Utility supplies, including Water Softening Plant, Raw water/Soft water, Transformer, - Wiring or cabling on site both for instrumentation and motors - Final product handling system downstream of the cooler - Site lighting - Cooling tower, Cooling water pump. - Any equipment or services not specifically included within the quotation - All tools and tackles for installation group customer deliver.
