Workshop: Management Game 1. Human Chair The participants form a circle within their group, move closer and finally sit on the lap of the person behind. Task: stay as long as possible. Learning point: Togetherness, supportive, sharing pain and burden, value team members presence and communication 2. Hand Web Creating a hands web. Task: try to get out from the hands web without letting go of the hand held. Learning Point : Communication and get close to one another 3. Hula-hoop group will be given a hula-hoop. Task: they have to move the hula-hoop within a circle in a faster way. Learning point; Helping each other through communication 4. Khairul

Bin Che Salleh has more than 15 year experience in conventional

business and more than 5 year in Marketing and Training. He obtained his Diploma in Accounting from IKIP in a collaborated program between the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development (known as Kementerian Pembangunan Luar bandar) and University Putra Malaysia. Then, he pursued his study in Bachelor of Islamic Law Educations from University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. He has various skills and knowledge as the result of attending many Public Courses conducted by international speakers and trainers such as Developing The Leader and Top Performance by Zig Zaglar, The Ultimate Power, Build Up The Successful Entrepreneur and Leadership by Anthony Robbins, The Miracle of Motivation by Dr. K. Sow, The Winning Attitude by Simon Paul, The Psychology of Achievement by Professor Dr. Ahmad Zamil Haji Mokhtar, Islamic Financial Management by IBFM, Islamic Financial and Investment by FIMM, Fundamental & Technical Analysis Financial Management by FIMM and many more soft skill courses.
