In the reference read above, the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has stated that vide G.O.Ms.No.29, Home (Courts.D) Department, dated.25.1.1994, Government have enhanced the Permanent Advance to all the Courts in the State and the enhanced amount of Permanent Advance is Rs.2,000/- to the District Judge, / Additional District Judge cadre Courts, Rs.1,500/- to the Senior Civil Judge cadre Courts and Rs.1,000/- to the Junior Civil Judge cadre Courts. As and when new Courts are established, the Government is sanctioning the Permanent Advance to such Courts on the basis of the above said G.O. Requests from the various Unit Heads were received for enhancement of the Permanent Advance amount from Rs.2,000/- to Rs.5,000/- for District Judge / Additional District Judge cadre Courts from Rs.1,500/- to 3,000/-, for Senior Civil Judge cadre Courts and from Rs.1,000/- to 2,000/- for Junior Civil Judge cadre Courts, as the existing Permanent Advance is hardly sufficient to meet the needy expenditure due to escalation of prices. The High Court also recommends the same as the Courts are facing difficulty to meet the urgent day to day expenditure under contingencies with the existing meagre amounts. 2. The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has further stated that the High Court vide letter dated.25.3.2008 has addressed a letter to Government for sanction of Permanent Advance to the newly sanctioned Courts in various Districts. Subsequently, new Courts of various cadres were also sanctioned. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby enhance Permanent Advance to all existing Courts and sanction Permanent Advance to newly established Courts at various places in the State as detailed below : District Judge, Additional District Judge cadre court Senior Civil Judge cadre Courts Junior Civil Judge Cadre Courts Each newly sanctioned courts of District Judge/ Additional District Judge cadre Newly sanctioned courts of District Judge / Additional District Judge cadre Newly sanctioned courts of Senior Civil Judge cadre Newly sanctioned courts Junior Civil Judge Cadre 3000/2000/1500/3000/3000/2000/1500/-
