Part 3: Write-up Double-spaced Your name Page # Analysis and Application Introduction In the first paragraph, provide a summary of the various grade levels that you observed. This information will help frame the rest of the write-up. At the end of the first paragraph, list the organization. For instance, you might say something like, this write-up will be divided into three parts: elementary, middle school, and high school. In each section the theoretical applications will be discussed and illustrated with specific examples from the observations. A conclusion will draw together the differences between students at different levels of development. Elementary During the observations, in light of Piagets theory it was noted that Kindergarteners were unable to distinguish between For example, it was observed that two of the 5-year old students continue your application of the theory or concept. Middle School Observations at the middle school made it clear that give your examples and tie them to a theory. Be sure to include the name of the theorist. High School High school students in these observations showed give your examples and tie them to a theory. Again, dont forget to name the theorist/theory. Comparisons Across Grade Levels It was interesting to see the differences in the physical development of the students across grade levels. For instance, Kindergarteners were less than three feet tall and high school students were as tall as six feet. Continue giving examples that compare students in all four of the

developmental domains. Use the guiding questions to be thorough in this section. Continue with the write-up from all nine (9) observations No more than 1 page each
