The Biggest Secret: Kundalini and how to awaken it.

Touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and focus the chi between the navel, kidneys and sexual organs. Once the chi energy is purified satisfactorily, move it to the premium and to the sacrum and then bring it up the back of the spine. The two nerve currents Pingala (right vertebral column of the spine) and Ida (left vertebral column of the spine) correspond to the sensory and motor nerves, one is afferent and the other efferent. The one carries the sensations to the brain, whilst the other carries them back from the brain to the tissues of the body. Use the chi and make the two currents move in the same direction while sushumna (central spinal canal and Middle pillar of the kabbalah) is also moving in the same direction (upwards).When the chi reaches the base of the skull move it inside the entire brain. it is energizing of the ajna (brow) and sahasrara (crown) chakras. In the Kabalah, this center corresponds to the Sefirah Daat, located on the Middle Pillar (or spine) between Binah(Isis, Pituitary gland and is left pillar of the kabalah) and Chokmah(Osiris, Pineal gland and is the right pillar of the kabalah). And move it between the middle eyebrow point and then to where the tip of your tongue and palate meet. Move the chi down from the palate through your tongue to the throat centre. Move the chi from throat centre to the heart centre and the solar plexus and diaphragm. Move the chi in the abdomen and bring it back down the navel, kidneys, sexual organs and back to premium and sacrum. Continue this circulation over and over again. The operations carried out here are equivalent to energizing the muladhara (base chakra), svadhisthana (genital), and manipura (solar plexus) chakras. Chi begins to circulate through the microcosmic orbit, which is an energy loop running up the posterior surface of the spine and down through the anterior midline of the body and back into the premium and sacrum Body. If this is done for long enough through this entire sequence elixirs of life will be created in the body. The concentration of the pineal gland is effected by the circulation of chi and when this happens the pineal gland will unite with the pituitary gland (Union). And they will mix and KUNDALINI (Malkuth/Sarturn/Capricounus) when focused on will ignite and activate all chakras and impinge in the brain and Kether (sahasrara). Malkuth is in Kether and Kether is in Malkulth. The scarab beetle rolls his ball and in the ball there develops life as the result of the undivided effort of his spiritual concentration and this will also happen in the body and spiritual self. The base chakra(Kundalini) is located between the sacrum and coccyx. Sacral region (Sacrum or gluteal) 5 vertebrae and Coccygeal region (imperfect vertebrae Coccyx) 4 vertebrae this makes 5+4=9. Nine is the sacred number of man, and in the symbolism of the sacrum and coccyx a great mystery is concealed (Kundalini). The number nine is sacred, and attains the peak of philosophy. Nine is the best symbol of the Unchangeable One,

since by whatever number it is multiplied, the sum of the figures is always number 9(Multiply any number by nine and add up the answer and you get nine)
