My responsibilities included managing a broad range of HR functions, working extensively on Attrition Reporting, and Retention Tracking, Strategies Formation at different levels. I was also actively involved in HRMS Database co administration, Document management, HR Policy development, Employee relations/Employee Hiring & Resource management, Talent pool management (Staffing & Scheduling) Employee Orientation and in various Training and Development programs.

Job Responsibilities:
Induction:

Organized and coordinated new joiner integration program which would help the new joiners get familiar with all the aspects of HR related topics and brief on the policies/ processes along with business overview to which they would support. Conducted induction program for the new joiners across groups by presenting to them HR processes & initiatives, organizational overview, business overview and our best practices for an average group of people across career levels. Staffing/ resource allocation: Assisted in filling open positions by working with scheduling teams. This also involves counseling personnel when refused to work on a specific project and accordingly handling the refusal cases by tracking and documenting it on internal tools. Co-ordinating and facilitating intra/ inter country transfer process with appropriate documentation and ensuring smooth transitioning. Reward & Recognition: Responsible for administration of rewards & recognition program with key activities involving appropriate budget utilization, moderation of nomination process and distribution of rewards. Designing and implementation of client funded project bonus in liaison with the business to increase retention. Performance Management: Educating employees on the performance appraisal system and its working mechanism by conducting workshop throughout the performance year. Implementing the process for group of people ensuring zero slippages, adherence to timelines and accurate fair reward decisions with respect to appraisals. Supporting career counselors and supervisors in the area of career development by educating them on the appropriate career development model/training information. Addressing personal issues with respect to rating and compensation. Pay roll:

Assist the employees in opening Banking account for salary credits. Payroll processing of employees on monthly basis. Processing Full & Final Settlement & PF Settlement of Resigned Employees. Processing of LTA, Notice Pay Recovery / Reimbursements, Staff Welfare Reimbursements. Generating MIS Report for particular month & issuing to the respective department. Form 16 & PF Statements Related work on yearly basis & Co-ordinating with the employees for smooth flow of distribution process. Active participation towards making enhancements or developments in payroll system. Interaction with employees for sorting out of their salary queries & other routine activities via Email, Telephone or by Face to Face communication. Maintenance of all personnel files of employees. Active participation in Internal as well as External Audit. Generating pay slip for particular month & issuing the same to the employees.

Employee separation: Assist the unmanaged exit process by organizing discussions, compliance with the process and coordinating exit interviews Compliance to the organizations policies in taking disciplinary actions in case of absconding, policy violations, misconduct & background discrepancy. This would range from counseling to termination.

Administration: End to end process of joining formalities. Tour and travel arrangements. Staff welfare. Maintenance of office files and records. Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:

To enter all payment / Deduction details. To prepare and send payment advices to finance department for all (salary, overtime, LTA Long Term and Emergency Advance, etc.) To send recovery details to all concerned areas. To assist in the Payroll Audit by the internal / statutory Auditor. To assist the employees in opening Banking account for salary credits. Assist in the salary revision process for Doctors / Executive / Staff members and also in issue transfer / deputation orders with intimation to all concerned. To prepare and send payment advices to finance department for all (salary, overtime, LTA Long Term and Emergency Advance, etc.) To send recovery details to all concerned areas. To assist in Audit by the internal / statutory Audit Responsible for following Records: Performance review document. Confirmation / regularization / annual increments orders. Promotion orders.
