I am involved in total IT infrastructure support and management of the 43 locations of IOCL spread over four states J&K, HP, Punjab and Chandigarh. The support is for Lotus Server 8.5, Symantec Antivirus Server 11.0, Windows 2003 Active Directory Server and Different Brands/Types of PCs, Printers and Laptops. Remote support to the users through VNC Remote tool for the troubleshooting of Lotus clients, Antivirus issues, Operating System related faults, installation of different types of hardware devices( Network Printers, Scanners, NIC, etc.) and soft wares ( MS office, Hindi indic Software, Dot-net framework, antivirus client etc.). Domain user management and security/permissions related problems. SCO Unix server installation. Client: Central Bank of India: Its a core banking project of C.B.I Branches. I was involved in installation and configuration of Cisco Routers, Switches and Modems at the C.B.I Branches located in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. Client: Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala: Its a Central government organization under Railway Ministry where Railway coaches are being manufactured for Indian railway. My role was to provide the complete LAN, Hardware and up-gradation support of the Networking Equipments (Enterasys Manageable Switches 25 Nos. with three E-7 Matrix 03 Nos. spread over 4kms of area) and three low end IBM Windows application server with two high end AIX database servers with storage. OFC LAN Network, Enterasys Layer 2/3 Switches and Windows 2000 Advanced Server Administration. Client: TCS: Project Name-IMMOLS (Integrated Material Management Online System): Its a turnkey TCS Project in which 108 Air Force units are connected through WAN link across India. It includes each unit to be connected in LAN through Optical Fiber as a Backend Media. Switches (Managed & Unmanaged), DSLAM, ADSL Modems as Network Components and WAN connectivity is through VSAT. The LAN connectivity is provided through the IAF unit local telephone Exchange using DSLAM for voice and data transfer. AMC of UCO Bank: SCO UNIX Server administration, Troubleshooting and configuration of Desktops with different types of Printers.

CANARA BANK: Enterasys Matrix (E-7) Layer 2 switches having Optical Fiber LAN connectivity among the four floors of Chandigarh Canara bank Circle office with VLANs configured for different deptts. NHAI: Installation and Configuration of Domain Server, DNS, DHCP. WLAN Network implementation and configuration using Cisco Access Points with Desktops having wireless NIC installed in it for the NHAI toll plaza locations in Haryana and Punjab.
