175GMM Gear Measuring

175GMM ldeal for Smaller Workpieces. The 175GMM offers all the advantages of Gleason Metrology Systems technology, including: four-axis, generative motion, 3D scanning probe system, linear drive motors, Gleason GAMA (Gleason Automated Measurement & Analysis) software, economy and versatility, compact design for minimum footprint.

175GMM Highlights Modular programming with similar GUI for all applications. Embedded tables support virtually all major industrial standards, AGMA, DIN, JIS, ISO, GB, GOST, UNI, etc. User editable language files, supports, applications and/or charting in virtually all languages. Machine equipped with internet based Remote Diagnostics for online real-time support and electro-mechanical systems diagnostics as standard. Complete suite of applications software covering gearing conventions (cylindrical, bevel, conical, cycloid, etc.),

cutting tools (shaper shaver, hob, bevel blades), rotors, topography, prismatic measurement, unknown cylindrical gear parameters and more. Sercos coupled (fiber optic) drives to controls system. Ergonomically mounted operator work station. The accuracy of the 175GMM is certified via the ISO 17025, Q-DAS, VNIIMS, GOST and A2LA quality systems adopted by Gleason Metrology Systems Corporation.

The 175GMM accommodates workpieces up to 380 mm (14.9) x 175 mm (6.9) (length x diameter) and 22.7 kg (50 lbs.)
