The financial obligation for the Non-Uniform Plan is $8,422 and the figure for the Police Pension Plan is $70,682. Certificates of Appropriateness COA 2011-022-H Applicant Karly Resch, 126 S. State Street, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of signs for the office of Raymond James & Associates. HARB recommended approval of the application for a window sign and directory slat, as presented, with the applicant withdrawing the door sign. COA 2011-024-H Applicant: McAuliffe & Carroll Architects, 117 N. Lincoln Avenue, Edmonds residence The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a new garage and the demolition of an existing garage. HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, noting that: The garage doors would be Option A, as presented The man door in the south elevation #12 at the second floor level is deleted A salvaged leaded glass window, approximately 20 x 24, would be installed on the south elevation under the gable roof on the side All windows and doors would have 3 exterior casings; windows would have 1 thick sills. All fascia and rake boards would be no larger than 1 x 8. HARB agreed with the decision of the Joint Historic Commission to approve the demolition of the existing garage.
