The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of signs for the office of Raymond James & Associates. HARB recommended approval of the application for a window sign and directory slat, as presented, with the applicant withdrawing the door sign. Lincoln Avenue, Edmonds residence The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a new garage and the demolition of an existing garage. HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, noting that: The garage doors would be Option A, as presented The man door in the south elevation #12 at the second floor level is deleted A salvaged leaded glass window, approximately 20 x 24, would be installed on the south elevation under the gable roof on the side All windows and doors would have 3 exterior casings; windows would have 1 thick sills.
