Export marketing business generation Mr. Pawanjit Singh and Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur To Generate new dealers from untapped markets 3 Months

Project overview : Time period :

Steps implemented for accomplishing the exports project: Collected data of all dealers from sources like dealer waiting file and info drive. Compiled and organized the existing list of dealers and their documents: country wise & priority wise from dealer waiting file & Info drive data systematically and sequentially. Created a filtered list of possible expected dealers from the info drive data and dealer waiting file. Created a standard letters for samples, Performa Invoice and general enquiries received. Sent out emails to all the dealers filtered according to their current status.

OUTCOME (Expected Dealers)

From Dealer Waiting File: 1. M/s. Le Comptoir Medical, Mauritania (Africa): a. Dealer form received and agreed for minimum business commitment of US $15000 for first initial year. b. Samples have been sent on paid basis and payment has also been received. c. Waiting for the feedback. 2. M/s. Nilit (Ms. Ayellet Zinger), Israel: a. Samples have been sent on paid basis. b. Waiting for the feedback. 3. Blatchford and Sons LTD, United Kingdom: a. Interested in samples (paid basis). 4. Atilab Nigeria Ltd, Nigeria (Mr. Gabriel Mofolorunsho): a. Interested in our samples till Mumbai. 5. Unicorn, +18N Frere Felix de Valois, Champs de Mars, Port Louis, Mauritius: a. Interested to deal with our company products.

Problems faced : Incomplete addresses of dealers. Email addresses found with great difficulty. Some companies do not have their registered websites. Important fields missing like: address 1 & address 2, only country name is mentioned.

Singh, a young and dynamic professional with post graduate diploma in business administration laid a humble foundations of what today is one of the largest orthotic aids producing company in India, at Mohali.
