LIQUID PROCESS PLANT
Liquid process plant is tailor made as per process requirement. Depending on mixing and formulation requirement liquid manufacturing plant can be designed. From 10 ltrs. To 1000 ltrs. And higher capacity tailor made process units. Liquid Manufacturing plant mainly consists of combination of three process tanks, filtration unit, transfer pumps interconnected to form a loop system, with recirculation and discharge. Process Plants for syrup, liquid, soap, oil, lotion, creams, herbal, paint, perfumes are primary combinations of tanks and stirrers along with Colloid Mill, Mixer / Blender, Filtration unit, transfer pump. The entire system can be integrated individually or in single frame control panel.

LIQUID BOTTLE FILLING SEALING MACHINE


Liquid Bottle Filling Sealing machine is a mono-block Version of Volumetric type liquid filling machine and Screw or ROPP cap sealing machine, Machines can be individually supplied along with Turn Table used after the washing machine in a liquid line. Liquid filling Machine consists of volumetric type piston type filling system, in Single head with 1 syringe to 12 head linear or rotary models are available. Filling system can be integrated with the entire line of liquid packing with washing, sealing machine, Synchronization of machine speed can be done with the help of variable drive for machine and conveyor speed. Machine is mainly used for liquid syrups, oils, water, Juice, herbal, ayurvadic, lotion, pesticide, chemical filling applications. Sealing Machine is suitable for Screw, ROPP, Crown, press down, inside plug press down and linear cap sealing applications. Sealing machine is integrated after the filing operation, for closing purpose, the machine is versatile robust construction and can be synchronized with filling or inspection or labeling machine as per client requirements, Machine is available in 1 head to 32 heads depending on application and output speed requirements. Machine is suitable to seal any type of metal or Plastic caps for any shape size and type of bottles, containers, or tins.

AUTOMATIC AUGER TYPE POWDER FILLING MACHINE


Automatic Auger Type Powder Filling Machine is a compact model used for filling dry powder, Dry Spices, coffee, milk, saffron powder in bottles, Containers. Auger filling machine can be integrated with any type of washing and sealing machine for synchronized powder filling application. The incoming dry bottles containers is fed through the in feed Turn Table with suitably guided on the moving S. S. / delrin flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There are separate filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line. When bottle reaches to the first filling station, it will be held by the mechanical/pneumatic bottle holder. Immediately it will be sensed by the bottle sensor as soon as it gets signals from sensor Clutch motor/Servo starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It will fill the desired amount of powder to the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously saved in logical control unit / PLC control. After filling of first bottle Mechanical Wheel/ pneumatic piston goes back or rotates and release the first bottle to move on conveyor, by the same time second bottle also moves along with the first bottle in empty condition. In second filling head same operation will be performed but this time second bottle get filled and first bottle moves further for next operation.

AUTOMATIC SELF ADHESIVE (STICKER) LABELLING MACHINE


Sticker labeling machine or roll form labeling applicator machine is suitable for round / flat label application. The containers are positioned and accurately spaced by the roller spacing device or belt spacing device for wrap-around, single side, top side, or front / back sticker for the operation at the labeling point, an electronic product sensor container & releases a label from self adhesive label roll. The sensed round container moves on conveyor sticker label at labeling point wrapped around to container or single side / top application. Then the labeled container moves further through a rubber pressing belt & stationary rubber pad that ensures neat & perfect fixing of label. Used for round and flat bottles, for wrap around or single side front / back sticker labeling application in Bottles, Vials, jars etc.

AUTOMATIC ROTARY (STICKER) LABELLING MACHINE


Sticker Labeling machine or roll form labeling applicator machine is suitable for round / flat wrap around application. The containers are positioned on a moving conveyor fed to a rotary wheel overhead rotating head picks up the container and then rotates at its axis. Once the container is at the applicator head release point the top head rotates and the simultaneously sticker is press and applied on any shape container. Machine consists of electronic product sensor container sensor to release label for labeling application. The same cycle is repeated for another bottles or containers. Use of this applicator machine can be simple rotary machine and head type model for different shape bottles for high speed and critical label application. Used for Vials, Ampoules, Bottles, Perfume bottles, Wine Bottles, Jars and Square shape wrap around application.

GRANULATION & TABLET CAPSULE PACKAGING MACHINERY


MULTI MILL MACHINE
It operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Material fed in the hopper, goes down to the processing chamber where it moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially. Finally the processed material gets collected in the container kept below the processing chamber. Output and quality of the final product depends on three main factors. Shape of beaters knife & impact edges SALIENT FEATURES: 1. All contact parts can be easily and quickly dismantled and cleaned. 2. Machine is designed for continuous operation. 3. MIXER / BLENDER MACHINE


The Mixer machine is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts made out of stainless steel or of required grade by customer. Two third of the volume of the Mass, Cone/ U / tub or octagonal shape Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. Mixer / blender machine shapes are decided depending on its application requirements. Precision and blade shapes ribbon / paddle / Sigma shapes are available depending on client requirements. Any Shape or size of blender may it be 5 ltrs. Lab model or 5000 ltrs. Large scale mixer blender machines are designed to suit mixing uniformity and homogeneous blending application.

RAPID MIXER GRANULATOR MACHINE


Machine main operation is to mix the dry powder and granule along with granulating it for final use or drying process. The purpose of granulation is to enhance individual powder excipients, more frequently are mixed with fluid or even dry process cycle as per requirement, depending on process involvement and related granulation process. Wet or dry granulation procedures are employed. Dry granulation is employed where permitted by the physical characteristics of the products. After having blended the active principles and excipients, compactors or vibrating granulators are employed to form slugs, which are subsequently crushed and screened. Wet granulation involves the use of a solvent or a solvent/binder solution. The binder solution is gradually fed to a blender where the product mixture is turned into dough that will be subsequently dried and screened. Subjected to continuous mixing, the dough is forced through screens or perforated metal sheets. Drying is achieved by means of static, continuous or discontinuous systems or by directing a powerful jet of compressed air into the blender. Grinding and screening operations complete the work cycle. Sizes of Rapid Mixer Granulator range form 5 ltrs. To 1200 ltrs. Gross volumes. FLUID BED DRYER MACHINE


Fluid Bed Dryer Machine (FBD) is designed as; atmosphere inlet air is filtered by means of micro filter to prevent any fine dust to pass through the product. Digital Temperature controller and indicator are provided with the unit to indicate the inlet and outlet air temperature. Digital timer will be provided to control the cycle time. Air dampers are provided to control the inlet and outlet flow. An explosion safety flap of adequate capacity at the rear of dryer and an earthing point to prevent electric charging the machine is also provided. Fluid Bed Dryers supplying an electric/Steam heating system. Drying time generally Pharmaceutical granule to crystal coating free moisture at above 20 to 25 % can be easily dried in about 30 to 40 minutes at a temperature at about 80oc.Certain crystalline materials containing about 40% of moisture can be dried in Fluid Bed Dryers 35 to 45 minutes. Batch Size: Weight of material to be loaded per batch, depends upon the bulk density of wet material. FBD size ranges from form 5 ltrs. To 1200 ltrs. Gross volumes. SINGLE / DOUBLE ROTARY TABLET PRESS MACHINE


Single or double rotary tablet compression machine is suitable for tablet compression. Homogenized granulate powder is subjected to rotating compression tool of desired size and shape, and are subjected to proper pressure or compression force for tablet compression operation. Machine is available in single and double rotary turret models from 8 station to 45 station tablet compression, with sized tooling of D, B, BB, DB Type as per client requirement. TABLET / CAPSULE COUNTING AND FILLING MACHINE


Tablet / Capsule counting machine containers are manually placed below the feed scoop, A vibratory unit type hopper is loaded with tables or capsules, through the vibrating plate are feed to the center of the rotating disc, disc speed is variable and can be adjusted as per material soft or hardness to avoid breakage, due to central rotation tablets and capsules are pushed at the end of the disc there the capsule enters the channel so designed flexible adjusted to feed only one capsule at a time, this channel then ends and delivers the capsule to the feeder which consist of a simple flapper that counts only at the release of the capsule mouth to ensure complete count of capsule, once the count as per set parameter is counted the flapper diverts the next coming capsule to the other end scoop for next count. Vertical feed type model of tablet counting is also available where the feeder through vibration feeds the capsule inside the channel guided in such a way that only one capsule at a time is feed to the container directly through channel Flapper system remains the same for both the machines.

AUTOMATIC LIQUID VIAL FILLING & RUBBER STOPPERING MACHINE
Automatic Vial Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine is a compact model used for filling and rubber Stoppering of Injectable liquid into vials. 2 head to 12 head linear or rotary models are available. The incoming dry vial (sterilized) are fed through the Un-scrambler and suitably guided on the moving delrin slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below Filling unit. The filling unit consists of Filling Head, Syringes & Nozzles which are used for liquid filling. The syringes are made of S.S. 316 construction and both, glass as well as S.S. syringes can be used. A Star Wheel is provided which holds the vial during filling operation. A sensor is provided for ''No Vial, No Filling'' operation. Syringes are mounted on eccentric block and driving through bottom main gear box. Volume can be either increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing stroke length of piston as per filling size. Syringes is having non return valve for sucking and delivering situation to avoid volume variation. Liquid will reach to filling nozzles through silicon transparent pipe. Nozzle will be having Up and Down movement with help of cam mechanism and it will come down when vial will be hold by star wheel for filling operation and starts filling when it starts to move up and after completion of filling operation, star wheel delivers four/six vials together on conveyor for rubber Stoppering operation. Stoppering unit consist of Star wheel, Vibrator unit and Bowl. The sterilized/autoclaved rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bowl moves vertically to the rubber stopper chute. The vial is hold firmly by star wheel, which will be in continuous rotary motion and vial which is coming from filling unit get in to star wheel and move in rotary direction along with star wheel, during movement it will pick up the rubber stopper from the exit end of the chute and rubber stopper will be pressed by fix pressing roller, which is spring loaded. Then vial further move on conveyor and collected on out feed star wheel for next sealing operation.

DRY POWDER FILLING AND RUBBER STOPPERING MACHINE


Automatic Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering is a compact model used for filling Stoppering of Dry Powder Injectable in to vials. Single wheel dual wheel and rotary filling system are available for powder filling application. The incoming dry container sterilized are fed through the Unscrambler and suitably guided on the moving delrin flat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below powder wheel. The sterilized powder is stored in powder hopper is agitated by pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density. The powder wheel having eight ports rotates at the pre determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. Powder wheel consist of Piston in each port and behind the powder wheel vacuum plate is provided there is no clearance between powder wheel and vacuum plate due to back spring pressure. Precise volume of powder is sucked in to the port of powder wheel during vacuum according to the piston length different fill size can be achieved. The excess powder is doctored off by a doctor blade. Doctor blades can be adjusted from outside also without removing powder hopper. When powder wheel indexes further and remain in the port due to the vacuum till it reaches just vertically above the container. The time dose of Compressed air (Nitrogen Gas), sterilized low pressure air sequentially flushes out powder from the port of powder wheel in to the container one by one.

Mono-block or individual pre Filled Syringe filling and Stoppering machine are available machines are very compact and elegant PLC based GMP model for automatic filling and Stoppering operation of pre filled syringe. Operator has to keep a nest (tray) of 100 pre filled syringes over the SS jig. Then he has to put a jig to filling magazine and start the machine to filled syringes. Operator has to keep a nest (tray) of 100 pre-filled syringes over the SS jig. Then he has to put a plugs tray with suitable stoppers over the SS-316 plug tray. Then after he has to close the evacuation and Stoppering chamber. Now he can start the machine. Automatic Filling cycle start one by one as per the programmed Stoppering cycle mentioned as under. 100 stoppers are plugged into the pre-filled syringes precisely after vacuum hold cycle. Now last cycle of nitrogen flushing with vacuum break completes the Stoppering operation.

OINTMENT / LOTION / CREAM MANUFACTURING PLANT
Ointment / Lotion / Cream Manufacturing or process plant is tailor made as per process requirement. Depending on mixing and formulation requirements selection of tanks, stirrer and interconnection can be tailor made or as per standard 4 tank feature with one main tank or reaction tank, one melting tank and one plain mixing tank, after the process is complete material is transferred to the conical shape storage tank. TUBE FILLING MACHINE


The tube filling, crimping and coding machine is sturdy compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different tube sizes. Also in some cases disc is replaced with belt with cup sockets for higher outputs. The filling station is made of SS Block, fitted with mechanical / pneumatic device to control tailing. No tube no fill process switches. SS plain or jacketed hopper with or without stirrer as per client requirement is provided. Non-return value fitted below the SS main filling block, Volume tracks for fine adjustments and weight accuracy. Filling system of tube filling machine consist of specially designed volumetric filling piston. Sealing for aluminum and Lami tube comes with separate or interchangeable attachment as per requirement for sealing application.

AUTOMATIC CREAM / BALM / OINTMENT FILLING MACHINE


Automatic cream balm, ointment filing machine works on volumetric principal for filling system, machine is available with jacketed hopper and stirrer attachment as per requirement. The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in feed wheel through in-feed worm, bringing the container below the filling head, container and body and the neck of the container are positioned below the filling nozzle, where the container is getting filled. The filling nozzle dives inside the container and synchronized in such a way that the cream does not form a tail. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means fill size can be easily set. Machine is available in 1 head and multi head options depending on output requirements.
