Petitioner filed an Affidavit as docket entry #44. It is incorporated by reference herein. Pursuant to said Affidavit, Plaintiff was given twenty one (21) days from the date of filing, July 28, 2011, to respond to the statements, claims and inquiries in said Affidavit. Over thirty (30) days have passed, yet fictitious Plaintiff failed to timely respond. Plaintiffs failure to respond is Plaintiffs agreement to the statements, claims and inquiries of said Affidavit. (See Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by reference)

Petitioner grants Plaintiff until August 12, to cure Plaintiffs dishonor by responding to the statements, claims and inquiries above, point by point by affidavit and notarized unless an extension of a reasonable amount of time is requested in writing and via certified mail to Petitioner in Care of Notary Public WALTER ETIENNE ESTEVA, NOTARY PUBLIC at PO BOX 51237 IRVINE, CA 92619 prior to August 12, 2011.
