21.30 1. Wrong view to right view (never again believes that there is a person sitting inside of one).

1st PCE (path moment resultant fruit attainment can result in right view.) 2. Changed dramatically but hasnt changed to the point where the me within is not felt. That comes later. 3. Resurrect right view as often as one can. At any time as a support system. 4. Mind needs to be ripe for the next path. 32;30 5. In order to deal with the fetters of greed and hate: Bring up the feeling of the fruit moment as often as possible. Right view and fruit moment. 6. It will not be impactful as it was at the time, but it certainly brings back the relief and release and joy. 7. Doing that as often as possible, one should review (reviewing knowledge) the hindrances, which are still strong, and the hindrances, which have abated. 8. Is there any change in any of them? Are they still strong/weak? 9. We need to do that with the understanding that everybody has them. 10. How do they manifest? 11. After the jhana, after the mind is clean and clear again, to bring up the fruit knowledge and then review that whole understanding that one has about the fallacy of the selfhood, the whole thing, see it clearly again, to no longer cherish the self. TO see the underlying clinging to person/s or some aspect of human life, desire, etc. 12. We should see that and if we are determined to take the next step, work on the clinging. What is it that Im so attached to that I cant let go of. 13. If it is attachment to people, that make us fearful, they may disappear, our attachment creates nothing but dukkha. If we are attached to desires we must see their momentary fulfillment and their lack of fulfillment as soon as that momentary fulfillment is fulfilled. 2 3 4 or 5 mind moments. Desire has to be gratified again and again 14. These are ways and means in dealing with clinging. 15. Having taken the 2nd step, greed and hate are halved. (sakadagami) 16. Hate become irritation. And greed becomes preference. 17. Persons mind not shaken by real hate and mind, doesnt feel shaken at all. 18. Being irritated has a shorter lifespan. 19. Similar path and similar fruit moment. Jitteriness not there, relief is there, tears not there. But can be very blissful, but need not happen immediately, the mind ahs touched on the moment of nothingness. Inferred in the 7th jhana, which is not the utmost experience of nothingness. 20. Trees , cars and mountains are on a relative level, but particles of energy on an absolute level. The moment of nothing, where the experience goes to that one moment when everything has fallen apart. One doesn't know that everything has fallen apart, preceding the moment before (path) 21. Goes through stages of insight. 46;30 22. Sakadagami reviews the remaining hindrances, and find that greed and hate have reduced. And review the 1st fetters that are gone.

23. Giving up ourselves totally in order to give up the greed and hate. (anagami) 24. TO get rid of hate and greed-2 steps right view and fruit attainment 25. Sakadagmi does not feel the removal of the me unless he puts his mind on it and checks it out then one knows there is nobody there, but when not concerned with that aspect then they feel like a me 26. Anagami-> jhanas needed to be accessed. Fine material and formless realms. Latent desire to be reborn in such a realm. The 27. Still has ignorance (still a very faintest of a me) Very faint but it is there: There is a conceiving of a self. Ignorance and conceit=restless (but not as bad as rest of world) Very faint me experience causing a niggling feeling not being totally removed from everything. They can feel it (subtle) because they come to the recognition to what is happening within, is seen. Restless is a far more subtle experience. Something still to be done. Not finished. Gross hindrances are gone, 5 left. So checking the fetters that remain: Same effortshas to review these fetters. Check out if there is any wish for rebirth in the higher realms, can manifest as the non-returner having a wish for having everything nice, everything pleasant, not being confronted with anything that has dukkha in it. It becomes not just an attitude but the inner drive. It can be strong that inner drive, has to be recognized. And the reminding self/restless has to be recognized. Buddha said not desirable to be reborn in the brahma realms. Too long! 28. Right view and latest fruit moment after the jhanas, one resurrects ones understanding of the selfhood, has to be extreme that understanding. Understanding has to be totally reviewed and felt complete commitment to rid whatever clings to the worldly life, to any aspect that is tinged with me. 29. Having investigated the remaining fetters, will be encouraged to do the next step, particularly because the non-returner can feel the little bit of subtle restless is still dukkha, that little bit of remaining desire is still dukkha and that little bit of selfhood is dukkha, so subtle. 58:30 30. Taking the next step amounts to the same guidelines. Maybe there is that slight difference that the mind resolves that this person of mind and body is willing to disappear. Totally and utterly willing to disappear. No nothing that can hold them, nothing that needs to be done. Nothing that is important, that person is willing to disappear. And as the person is willing to disappear, there is that in the fruit moment, the path moment being something that one cant explain, because it is a non-occurrence, this is what the technical term is, in the fruit moment, there is that feeling of having disappeared, and having disappeared creates enormous bliss. One may think and the Buddha also talked about the that worldings may think it is dreadful to disappear, but actually its marvelous, because with that disappearance which may feel like ..(pause)hm..falling into ...falling in to..no that is not true.this is very hard to describe.I was going to say falling into the depths of a hole but that is not quite it. Maybe falling into the depths of a cloud and disappearing in there, but even that is not

quite it, but that is the best anyway, that is happening right now, with that nothing that happens in the world can ever have really close impact, 31. The person who has taken that step is able to get back to that disappearance whenever they wish. A person who has attained the complete obliteration of the selfhood has the ability to get back to utter blissful feeling of not being there. Nonreturner has a vehicle the jhanas and the 4 brahma viharas (the highest emotions) they take him to the higher realms, it means without them, one cant go there. That cleanest of mind is necessary,
