STURCTURE OF ORGANISATION (L.I.C.) In Amritsar division there are 8 branches of L.I.C. Insurance . In which Rayya`s organization

performed well & ranked no. 1 acc.to division . Policies done by that organization is 7170 The first installment of single policy is 9 crore &33 lakhs The first installment of non single policy is 4 crore &99 lakhs

Event no. 1
They held an event few months that event was about to knew the problems of precustomer & they want to attract more people for joining their organization. For that they

held a camp for a week in rayya &other villages &towns. In which Marketing Manager (MM) D.C. Thakur Branch Manager(BM) Dhiraj Malhotra Ass. Branch Manager of Sales(ABMS) Vinit Malik Development Officer(D.O.) 12 Officre`s Of Rayya brach are involved. ORGANISE A CAMP To organize camp they placed 2 D.O. with their ass.(local agents). They were responsible for whole arrange like for sitting arrangement ,for refreshment. And there are other 2 D.O.`s were placed for guiding the people

INFORMATIONAL DEPARTMENT Acc.to their plan they place 6 development officersto gave the the information about their policies and their plans to the people in a right way And the other 2 D.O`s were on inspection during whole the camping , their work was only to inspect that every employ did his/her duty as possible asthey did &and they also check that, that inforation gave to their customers or precustomers is right .

And they held an event on Monday(22 dec.)which is a ROAD SHOW the main aim of

that event is held for publishing their new policy JEEVAN ASTHA . this policy is just For 45 days, it is more beneficial for Job man. Because this policy is based upon INCOME REBATE, which will give more benefits to a job man. SURVEY FOR ROAD SHOW There is a D.O. is placed to survey in Rayya for that is there need of any road show or not. Acc, to that D.O there is need of a road show. So they organize a road show. FOR PUBLICITY There is B.M is responsible for publicity of their new policy JEEVAN ASTHA So he placed a D.O. for small confesses

&they have authority to delegate his duty to his subordinate.
