Sentencia final de Disolucin de Matrimonio IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 11TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COUNTY OF QUEENS STATE OF NEW YORK FAMILY DIVISION CASE NO: 1245/B IN RE: MARRIAGE OF DAWN MARTIN, WIFE-PETITIONER AND JOHN MARTIN, HUSBAND-RESPONDENT EN CALIDAD DE: Esposa-demandante. Esposo-demandado. This cause coming on to be heard before me upon application of the Petitioner for Final Judgement of Disolution of Marriage, upon Default being filed against Respondent, a property settlement agreement executed by both of the parties herein prior to the Default against the Respondent, and the Court having heard testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration. Tras haber sido asignada a mi consideracin esta demana de disolucin de matrimonio, habiendo examinado los autos de la causa arriba indicada, a peticin de la demandante para sentencia definitiva de disolucin de matrimonio, tras haberse declarado la incomparecencia del demandado, habindose otorgado el convenio regulador de bienes por las dos partes implicadas con anterioridad a la declaracin de incomparecencia del demandado, y tras haber odo los testimonios correspondientes y con el debido asesoramiento y tras la debida deliberacin... ORDERED AND ADJUDGED SE DICTA Y SE DECRETA LA SIGUIENTE SENTENCIA 1. That this Court finds that it has jurisdiction of the subject matter hereof and the parties hereto. 1. Que este tribunal aprecia que tiene competencia en el asunto y sobre las partes en cuestin. 2. That the petitioner, Dawn Martis is a bona fide resident of the State of New York for more than the required statutory period of time.

That the dissolution of marriage, a vinculo, be and the same is hereby granted to the Petitioner Dawn Martin, and to the Respondent, john Martin, forever dissolvindg the bonds of matrimony heretofore and now existing between the parties hereto, and restoring unto each of the said parties all of the rights and privileges of a single person, because the marriage is irretrievably broken. 3. Que se practique la disolucin del vnculo matrimonial y, por medio de ese acto, se conceda esta disolucin a la demandante Dawn Martin y al demandado John Martin, disolviendo para siempre los lazos de matrimonio HERETOFORE y ahora existente entre las partes HERETO, y devolviendo a cada una de las partes todos los derechos y privilegios de la persona soltera, porque el matrimonio est roto irreparablemente. 4. That the Petitioner, Dawn Martin is the proper person to have permanent custody and control of the minor children or the parties, to wit: Helen Martin and Eileen Martin, with reasonable rights of visitation to the Respondent, provided that the Responden fives th Petitioner twenty-four hours prior notice of said visitation. 4. Que la demandante, Dawn Martin es la persona apropiada para HAVE custodia y control permanente sobre los hijos menores de edad de las partes, a saber: Helen Martin y Eilen Martin, con los derechos razonables de visita del Demandado, con tal de que el demandando notifique con veinticuatro horas de antelacin al demandante la mencionada visita. 5.That the Property SEttlement Agreement executed between the parties hereto on December 16, 1993, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and adopted and is hereby made a part of this Final Judgement of Dissolution of marriage as though said Agreement had been incorporated verbatim. 5. Que el Acuerdo de SETTLEMENT de Propiedad que tendr entre las partes el 16 de dciembre de 1993, ser el mismo IS HEREBY RATIFIED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED y por la presente se integra en esta sentencia definitiva como si hubiera sido incorporado literalmente a la misma. 6. The Court retains jurisdiction of the cause for the purpose of entering such order and further orders and judgements as shall be necessary to effectuate and enforce this judgement. 6.
