Applications are hereby invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts to be engaged in the Orissa Mediation Centre, Cuttack and 11 District level Mediation Centres functioning one each in the districts of Cuttack, Ganjam at Berhampur, Bolangir, Mayurbhanj at Baripada, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Balasore, Koraput at Jeypore, Khurda at Bhubaneswar, Keonjhar and Puri, on contractual basis for the period up to end of March, 2015. The posts are likely to be increased depending upon opening of new District level Mediation Centre in the State.

a)

All the posts are purely contractual and terminable even before the period of contract, if the performance and conduct are not found satisfactory and up to the requirement and the engagement will confer no right to claim for appointment on regular basis.

The selection shall be made on the basis of merit and performance, and if necessary, the candidates will be short listed for the purpose of being called to the selection test. The applicant may submit a plain paper application as per the format given below addressed to the Member Secretary, Orissa State Legal Services Authority, S.O.-20, Cantonment Road, Cuttack-1 along with attested photo copy of all documents regarding age proof, educational qualification, proof regarding caste (in

case he belongs to S.C./ ST/ OBC/ SEBC), two copies of recent passport photograph duly attested and one self addressed envelop stamped Rs.25/-.

d)

The last date of receipt of application along with all requisites in the office of this Authority is 5.7.2011 till 5 P.M., and for any postal delay the Authority will not be responsible. The application sent on post should be super scribed with Application for the post of Jr. Clerk / Peon over the cover.

Incomplete application or application received beyond the stipulated date and time shall be rejected.
