Garbhashaya is one of the mulsthan of Artav vaha strotas & it is one of the Ashayas mentioned. Woman is considered one of the most essential factors for continuity of life. God has given this magniminus gift to only woman.

Childlessness is described as Vandhytva and is termed as infertility in modern science. It is condition in the healthy couple of child

being age can not conceive for more than one year despite of having normal intercourse and not used contraceptive.

Vandhyatva is the like curse to the woman as it cast the physical and mental ill health and there by the social life of the woman. Nowadays the numbers of infertility patients are seen more frequently. The anatomical changes in the Garbhashaya may cause infertility. In my study I will study anatomy of Garbhashaya and its changes causing infertility.

Review of Literature:To review the relevant literature mythological, Ayurvedic and modern text along with research paper in concern subject will be reviewed. Internet will be undertaken for review. Material and Methods:

Language of Dissertation:Language used for the dissertation will be English which will be supplemented by Sanskrit terminology wherever necessary.
