The distinguishing feature of an Agile project is incremental delivery. The project

team then adjusts the objectives of the next sprint in line with feedback and any
other changes with which the project needs to be aligned.

Using COSMIC functional size measurement enables the measurement of

productivity. Analysing and applying these measures to improvements in the

construction validity and performance of this

by the laws of England to the exclusive
jurisdiction of whose court the Parties hereby
agree to submit.
