DEVELOPMENT IMPACT Ring Road (RING ROAD) ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF SOCIAL LIFE (Descriptive study in the Village District

Pehserut Sukomoro) Devid Dwi Cahyono ABSTRACT This study against the background of increasing social and economic life in the village communities around Pehserut after the introduction of new road access in the form of the ring road (ring road). This study aims to determine the impact of the development of Ring Road (ring road) Against the Economic Community Social Life in the Village district Pehserut Sukomoro Nganjuk This type of research is descriptive quantitative research type with the percentage. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques with data collection, which is further processed from the operation of SPSS Version 16 so as to provide a clear picture or a description of the issues. Results from the study showed that the construction of ring roads (ring road) in the Village Pehserut indirectly have an impact on the socio-economic life of surrounding communities. Social life can be seen from the indicators of the ease of access to public facilities such as education and health assessments were 41% to 27% higher. In addition, social changes can also be seen from the indicators of the ease of interaction with people outside the local community with an assessment being 66% to a high of 9%. While the economic life of the village of Pehserut can be seen from the indicators of economic activity in agriculture, service sector and commerce, and industry sectors with the assessment was 61% higher manuju 18%. The existence of the ring road (ring road) has been providing community facilities to perform economic activity in both the agricultural sector, service sector and commerce, and industry sector. Ease of community in economic activity has led to increased economic activity Pehserut Village community. In addition, the presence of ring road (ring road) has led to people's livelihood pegeseran structure in the village of Pehserut, namely from the agricultural sector to industrial sector. This study recommends: 1) Completing the traffic infrastructure support to facilitate and accelerate the utilization of the ring road (ring road), 2) Increasing the maintenance budget of the ring road (ring road) in the district Nganjuk that quality is maintained roads; 3) In supporting the acceleration of development of the area around the ring road (ring road) at Nganjuk, supporting infrastructure investment required after the basic infrastructure are met, with the purpose of facilitating the community to obtain the necessary public services such as production facilities, health, education, and others.
