Attachment C BOARD MEMBERS OF THE SALEM DOWNTOWN PARTNERSHIP Of the fifteen members of the Salem Downtown Partnership Board,

53% own downtown Salem property. Eighty Seven percent of the board members own a business in downtown Salem. All of the board members were recently voted in by a general vote of downtown business and property owners. Eric Kittleson, Board Chair is currently president of S/K Property Inc, owner of 181-195 High St NE, 149 High St NE, and 355-369 Court St NE. Eric has served on the Salem Downtown Steering Committee, chair of the Howard Street Charter School Foundation, board of the Saxon Foundation and as chair of the Salem Downtown Rotary Youth Literacy Committee. Eric is a downtown resident, property owner and business owner. Diane Gainsforth, Secretary/Treasurer currently owns property at 356 State St and 129 Commercial St SE, and resides in Bend, OR. Diane has worked as a licensed Certified Public Accountant, licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Tax Consultant. Diane was finance manager for C.L. Newman Co in Salem and Bend. Diane has also worked as an accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick in Portland, and has owned and managed commercial properties for 20 years. Angela Jones-Sherrard owns the historic Starkey-McCully Building at 231-233 Commercial St NE. Recently Angela has served as board chair for the West Salem Dual Language Charter School, Walker Music Boosters, and Straub Music Boosters. Angela has served as President of her neighborhood association. Alan Costic has served on the Salem Hospital Board, Treasurer of Gordon House Conservancy, and past president of the following: Salem Downtown Advisory Board, Architectural Foundation of Oregon, Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and Montana State University of Architecture Advisory Council. Alan has been a partner of Arbuckle Costic Architects for 22 years and currently serves as their president. Alan owns the Farrar Building at 363 State St, where his business is located. Christi Finholt manages the family property at 241 Commercial St NE. She owned and managed the Blue Pepper Gallery & Framing for 7 years and recently opened Hydro Zen on Court Street. Christi has been the Education Director of the Salem Chamber Orchestra, Recruitment Chair for Miss Marion-Polk, Elementary Chair for both the Salem Chamber of Commerce Professionals Assisting in Student Success, and Texas Choral Directors Association. Christi also does bookkeeping for several businesses. Ilse Green is a licensed Real Estate Broker and for 45 years has owned the building at 237 High Street NE. Ilsa has served as president of the Salem Apartment House Organization, serves as a board member for the Glenwood Condo Association and St Francis Shelter. Kenneth Casey Campbell is owner of Caseys Cafe and building at 456 Court St NE. Casey has served on boards of the Salem Downtown Association, Salem Area Mass Transit and the Salem YMCA.

Robert Baird, owner of the Book Bin in Salem, Corvallis and Albany, owns the building at 450 Court St NE. Bob has served as President of the Willamette Valley Community School, Corvallis Independent Business Alliance and the Book Bin Inc. Bob has also served as a board member on Stone Soup (Corvallis), Corvallis Chamber of Commerce, and various church boards. Michael Snook has owned and operated Academy of Hair Design in downtown Salem for 30 years. Mike has served nine years as chair of the Oregon Board of Cosmetology, eight years as Legislative Chairperson of the Association of Oregon Cosmetology Colleges, and 20 years as a member of the Oregon Department of Education Private Career School board. Lullu Truitt has owned and operated Lullus Tutto Cucina for 10 years in downtown Salem. Additionally, Lullu has bookkeeping experience from 30 years of owning businesses. Lullu has served 6 years on the Friends of the Salem Public Library. Casey Lucus owned Caseys Restaurant and Lounge for 9 years in Palm Desert, and for the past 2 years he has owned and operated Jonathans Oyster Bar on High Street. Casey has 9 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience related to his restaurant business. Teresa Maurmann co-owns and manages Maurmann Enterprices, a residential property firm with offices in the historic Capital Tower Building in downtown Salem. For the past 2 years Teresa has been Treasurer of the Howard Street Charter School Foundation and Vice President of the Rivena Christian School Board. Teresa has seven years of bookkeeping management experience and has worked as an Arbonne Independent Consultant for 16 years. Teresa currently holds the position leading the Parent Council for Howard Street Charter School, and is actively implementing fundraising and sponsorship programs. Jonathan Fahey and his family have owned and operated Create A Memory for 13 years. The business was recently relocated downtown on the ground floor of Chemeketa Parakade. Emily Cahal owns and operates Addictions, which has served Salem since 1962. Her business is currently located on Ferry Street NE. Patricia Less co-owns and manages DeWolky Shoes on Liberty Street NE.
