2011 FALL MUSIC FESTIVAL A Not to be Missed Staten Island Event Saturday October 1st 7PM Midnight (Doors Open 6:30PM) Held at St. Christophers School, 15 Lisbon Place, SI, NY (Grant City) Left Field a group featuring top musicians from Staten Island & NJ playing classic rock who have
played with many top bands in the NY/NJ area. Most were part of the group Project 19 who recently performed to sold out crowds at CSI Cancer Fundraiser & Back to the Boardwalk. Left Field has come together to support St. Christophers & other SI Communities by sharing their music in the spirit of giving back.

Left Field Members:


John Rubino (Drums/Percussion) Started his career playing with Vito Picone & the Elegants, Bruce Copps Band, Cities with Ronnie Angell and later Project 19 which was made up of all New Dorp HS Musicians. John grew up in Grant City and spent 20 years in the NYC Fire Dept. and is a current a member of St. Christopher Parish with his wife & 2 sons. Mark Cucarese (Lead Vocal/Saxophone) A talented song writer, played in groups such as NY based Main Event, New Jerseys Zanzibar Band & Project 19. Grew up in Dongan Hills, attend New Dorp HS and now lives in NJ with his wife and 2 children. Alex Mahoney (Saxophone) A storied career performing with many groups in NY playing with Billboards Award winning songwriter Guy Michetti, Kill Van Kull, Jerry Hattrick & the Flatliners, Zanzibar Band & Project 19. Alex also has his own group The Alex Mahoney Quartet Grew up in Dongan Hills & graduated New Dorp HS. Tommy LaRocca (Trumpet, Vocals, Percussion) Played for many years for the Chicago tribute band Emphasis, wedding/dance band Main Event & Project 19. Tommy grew up in Dongan Hills, played at New Dorp HS under the infamous Nino Morreale. Don Sanbeg (Bass Guitar, Vocals & 12 String Acoustical Guitar) Played for top SI bands opening for Hall & Oats, Deep Purple, NYXpress a popular SI dance band & performed with Dino Rocco another top SI artist. Don grew up in New Dorp & graduated New Dorp HS Justin Negraval (Key Board, Vocals) Has played for numerous bands in NY & NJ and currently owns Zanzibar Entertainment a live music & DJ Production Company. Justin now lives in South Jersey with his wife and son TJ. Rob Antonelli (Lead Guitar/ Rhythm & Vocals) Rob a NJ native is a classic rock guitarist who has played with many NJ Rock bands. He is a member of the band Zanzibar & writes and records his own music. He plays the legendary Gibson/ Les Paul & Fender Stratocaster guitars. Classic Rockfor ALL ages!
