ERSATZTEILKATALOG GROB G 109 B ILLUSTRATED PARTS LIST EINLEITUNG Zweck dieses Kataloges ist die Identifizierung und Beschatfung von Ersatzteilen, die wahrend der Wartung und Instandsetzung des Luftfahrzeuges G109B zum Austausch kommen kénnen. Geglieden ist die Information gemais der Anforderungen der Air Transport Association of America Specitication 100. Jede Seite der Teilelste tragt eine sechsstellige Zahi, die in drei Gruppen mit je zwei Ziffem unterteit ist. Die erste und zweite Ziffer stellen die System-/Kapite-Nummer dar, die dritte und Vierte Ziffer die Untersystem-/Abschnitt-Nummer, und die fintte und sechste Ziffer sind far einzeine BaugruppenvGerate innerhalb des Untersystems/Abschnittes vorgesehen. System-/Kapitel-Nummern und Untersystem-/Abschnitt-Nummern werden bestimmten Gebieten durch die ATA 100 Spezifikation fest vergeben, zum Beispiel, Kapitel 27 behandelt immer die Fligzeugsteuerung, 27-10 behandelt immer die Quermuder-Steuerung. Jedes System/Kapitel und Untersystem/Abschnitt besteht aus einer Abbildung oder einer Anzahl von ‘Abbildungen, wobei jede Abbildung aus einer Zeichnung und einer Teileliste besteht. Eine Abbildung kann sowohl die Information fiir ein bestimmtes Teil oder Baugruppe darstellen, als auch eine praktische Gruppierung von Teilen, die an sich keine beschaffbare Baugruppe bilden. Die Zeichnungen zeigen Explosiv-Darstellungen, in denen die richtigen Ausbau-/Einbau-Zusammenhange der Teile dort dargestellt werden, wo dies sinnvoll ist. Die Teilelisten sind in sechs Spalten unterteit. Die erste Spatte enthalt die Nummer der Abbildung und die Bildnummer des Teils in der Abbildung. Die Nummer der Abbiidung steht links von der Bildnummer des. ersten Teils auf jeder Seite der Teileliste. Ein Strich links von der Bildnummer des Teils bedeutet, da dieses Teil in der Zeichnung nicht nummeriert ist. in der Reihenfolge der Bildnummern sind Lacken fir die Einarbeitung von zusatzlichen Teilen eingebaut, die durch Anderungen erfordertich werden konnten. Wahlweise zu verwendende Teile werden dadurch gekennzeichnet, da8 nach der Bildnummor ein Buchstabe steht. Die zweite Spalte enthait die Ersatzteilnummer. Die dritte Spatte enthait die deutsche Bezeichnung, der ein oder mehrere Punkte vorgestellt sind, die ‘Aufschlu8 ber die Zusammengehérigkeit des jeweiligen Teiles zu anderen Teilen in der Teileliste gabon. Zum Beispiel: Bildnummer 1 in der Teileliste ist nicht eingerlickt und besitzt keinen Punkt in der Spalte mit der deutschen Bezeichnung. Das nachste Teil (Bildnummer 10) zeigt in der Spalte mit der deutschen Bezeichnung einen Punkt und zeigt dadurch, da es sich um in Bestandteil von Bildnummer 1 handett Zubehérteile von Bildnummer 10 besitzen zwei Punkte vor ihrer deutschen Bezeichnung, und so weiter, die Detail-Teile immer jeweils um eine Stelle weiter eingertickt als ihre nachst hohere Baugruppe. Befestigungstelle werden mit der gleichen Einrickung aufgeftiha, wie die Teile, die durch sie betestigt werden. Sie werden durch eine Reihe von Sternen in beiden Bezeichnungsspalten von den nachfolgenden Teilen getrennt. Zubehdrteile dor Bofestigungsteile folgen direkt unter den Befestigungsteilen, mit der entsprechenden Einriickung. Wird ein Teil mit einem seiner Zubehérteile an einem anderen Teil befestigt, so wird dieses Teil nicht als “Befestigungsteil* bezeichnet, sondern als zugehériges Teil mit der entsprechenden Einrdickung. Die fantte Spalte ist fur die Anzeige der Giltigkeit vorgeschen, wenn Information fur mehrere Luftfahrzeuge in der gleichen Liste enthalten ist. Bei Bedart wird in diese Spalte fr das entsprechende Teil die Seriennummerin dor(s) betroffen Lufttahrzeuge(s) eingetragen. Die sechste Spalte enthailt die Anzahl der jeweiligen Teile, die fiir die nachsthdhere Baugruppe erforderlich sind. Each page of the parts list carries a six digit number which is divided into three elements of two digits each. The first and second digits are the System/Chapter number, the third and fourth digits denote the Sub-system/Section, and the fifth and sixth digits are for a single unit of the Sub- system/Section. The System/Chapter and Sub-system/Section numbers are allocated to specific subjects by the ATA 100 specification, e.g. Chapter 27 always relates to flight controls, and 27-10 always relates to aileron controls. Each System/Chapter and Sub-system/Section consists of a figure or series of figures, each of which is made up of an illustration and a parts list. A figure may show information for a specific part or assembly of parts, or it may show a convenient grouping of parts which do not constitute a procurable assembly. ‘The illustrations use exploded views to show the correct removalinstallation relationship of the items where itis practical to do so, ‘The parts lists are each divided into six columns. The first column contains the figure and item numbers. The figure number is shown on the left side of the fist item number on each page of the parts list. A dash cn the laft of the item number indicates that the item is not annotated on the illustration. Gaps have been left in the item number sequence to allow the insertion of additional items which may be required by modifications. Optional items have an item number with an alpha suttix. ‘The second column contains the part number. ‘The third column gives the German description preceded by a dot, or dots, which indicate the item's relationship to the other items in the list. For example: item 1 in the parts list is not indented and has no dot in the German description column. The next item (item number 10) will show one dot in the description ‘column to denote that itis a part of item 1. Component parts of item 10 will have two dots preceding their German description and so on, the detail parts always indented one position more than their next higher assembly. Attaching parts are listed with the same indent as the iterns they attach. They are listed immediately beneath the attached item with the heading “Befestigungsteile” in the third column, and “Attaching Parts” in the fourth column, which is for the English description.
