the service representatives conduct high-quality support, marketing and sales contacts with end-users, Raiffeisens customers. - Duties and responsibilities: The call center I worked in was specialized in resolving the problems encountered by all Raiffeisen Banks customers from Romania, from the private sector (individuals). Although their problems were usually technical or invoice-related, challenges aroused every day. Besides the problem-solving task we were also responsible with the new clients system introduction and activation, service schedule, the upgrade of the clients service package and annulments. - Achievements: Taking into consideration the high number of calls we dealt with every day and the fact that we were around 100 agents, it was pretty difficult to distinguish ourselves. However, our teamleaders organized periodically contests which tested our knowledge, in order to continually challenge ourselves.

- Job Title: Front desk representative - Company activity field: The company offers its clients a wide range of real estate services and solutions - Duties and responsibilities: The main responsibilities were liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email; relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media; monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts; secretarial functions and department assistant activities; updating the departments list of contacts; operating copy and fax machines and other office equipment; preparing mailings; answering/transferring telephone calls from clients and/or media to colleagues; managing the Executive Directors appointments; working with the appointed travel agency for business travels arrangements; researching information on the internet and other media; monitoring and ordering the necessary supplies for the department.

- Department activity field: The Valuation Department provides real estate appraisal reports for major financial institutions, investment funds and development companies.
- Duties and responsibilities: The main responsibilities were preparing valuation reports, maps, presentations, opinion letters that clients receive. Due to the fact that the Valuation team comprised many members, all of which had several clients that needed specific things, my prioritization and time-efficiency skills were highly trained. - Department: Investment - Job Title: Department Assistant - Department activity field: The Investment Department provides comprehensive and professional Investment Brokerage and Analysis services addressed to developers and investment funds. - Duties and responsibilities: The main responsibilities were organizing meetings (with the department and with the clients), preparing presentations, reports and bulletins, offering support for the brokers in the daily sale activity editing offers and contracts, working with brokers on financial analyses and project valuations, participating in meetings and tour views. - Achievements: Working side by side with broker teams, both in Valuation and Investment Department, I learned a lot about excellence in customer service. Although I consider myself more a support person, rather than a sales person, my negotiation techniques have improved considerably.
